1,000 Litres of Pure Water a Day with the Pure Water System

The Pure Water System sets out to produce pure water by treating the solids and suspended matter in the water, bringing reverse osmosis and a pure water stage together in one unit; with a 5×100 GPD membrane section and 5 litres of pure water resin in an 8″×17″ vessel, it is rated at 1,000 litres of pure water a day.

01Problem & Solution

One Stage Is Not Enough for Pure Water

Problem

Standard Treatment Does Not Reach That Purity

In laboratory, medical and precision manufacturing work, even the smallest ion in the water affects the result. A standard treatment unit — and even reverse osmosis on its own — cannot reach the purity these applications require.

Solution

Reverse Osmosis + Pure Water Stage

The Pure Water System treats the water by reverse osmosis on 5×100 GPD membranes, then captures the remaining ions with pure water resin. The two stages working together take the water down to its essence.

02Key Features

A Strong Membrane Section, Simple Control

The Pure Water System is designed to meet mid-scale pure water needs with dependable equipment and straightforward control.

5×100 GPD Membranes

A 500 GPD reverse osmosis section in which five 100 GPD membranes work together gives high output.

Pure Water Resin (DI)

Five litres of pure water resin in an 8″×17″ vessel captures the ions remaining after reverse osmosis.

1,000 Litres a Day

Producing 1,000 litres of pure water in 24 hours, it meets mid-scale laboratory and production needs.

Manual Valve Control

The pure water stage is controlled by an easy-to-use manual valve, keeping operation simple and practical.

With a Pressure Gauge

The pressure gauge on the frame makes system pressure easy to follow.

A Metal Frame

A vertical metal frame keeps all the components tidy and makes installation easier.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Pure Water System is ideal for laboratory and industrial processes that need high-quality pure water.

  • Laboratories
  • Precision Manufacturing Processes
  • Medical Applications
  • Cosmetics Manufacturing
  • Electronics & Optics
  • Chemicals & Metalworking
  • Batteries
  • Medium-Sized Businesses

05How It Works

How Does the Pure Water System Work?

  1. The Pre-Filter Group

Raw water passes through the pre-filters on the frame, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the membranes.

  2. Pressurisation

The water is raised to the pressure the membranes need, and the pressure is followed on the gauge.

  3. 5×100 GPD Reverse Osmosis

The water passes through five membranes and is cleared of the great majority of dissolved salts and contaminants.

  4. The Pure Water Stage

The water passes through 5 litres of pure water resin in the 8″×17″ vessel; the remaining ions are captured and the purity rises.

  5. Storage and Use

The pure water produced is taken into the customer’s own treated water tank and kept ready for use.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Unit

When choosing the Pure Water System, the daily requirement, the purity target and the incoming water must be assessed correctly.

Daily Pure Water Requirement

Your daily consumption must suit the 1,000 litre capacity; a higher requirement calls for a larger model.

Target Purity

The purity level the application requires determines the resin capacity and how often it is renewed.

Feed Water Quality

The conductivity and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life.

Tank and Space

Because the treated water tank is the customer’s responsibility, a suitable tank and its placement should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The pure water resin becomes saturated with ions over time; when water quality falls, it must be renewed or regenerated.
  • The pre-filters should be changed periodically; it matters for protecting the membranes and maintaining output.
  • The pressure gauge should be watched regularly; a drop in pressure can point to a blocked filter or a membrane problem.
  • Installation is the customer’s responsibility; technical service support is provided at extra cost on request.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Pure Water System do?
It produces pure water by treating the solids and suspended matter in the water. It brings reverse osmosis and a pure water stage together in one unit, supplying laboratory and precision manufacturing processes at 1,000 litres a day.
How much pure water does it produce a day?
The unit is rated to produce 1,000 litres of pure water in 24 hours. Real output varies with incoming water quality, temperature and pressure.
What are the membrane and resin arrangements?
The reverse osmosis section uses a 5×100 GPD membrane group, 500 GPD in total. The pure water stage holds 5 litres of pure water resin in an 8″×17″ vessel, controlled by a manual valve.
Is the treated water tank included?
The treated water tank is the customer’s responsibility. A suitable tank and storage arrangement can be considered together, based on your daily consumption.
What if more capacity is needed?
Where higher-capacity pure water systems are needed, systems producing tonnes a day can be engineered to suit.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
