Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit

The Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit is a mid-capacity industrial system that takes raw mains water through three treatment stages until its conductivity falls to zero; rated at 250 litres an hour and 5 tonnes a day, it supplies the high-purity water that laboratory, pharmaceutical and precision manufacturing processes need, consistently.

01Problem & Solution

Production Needs Purity Without a Break

Problem

Intermittent, Insufficient Pure Water

Buying pure water in for a laboratory or production plant is expensive and its continuity is never certain. Small benchtop units, meanwhile, cannot cope with processes that need tonnes of water a day.

Solution

Your Own Pure Water On Site

The Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit treats raw mains water in three stages to produce 250 litres of pure water an hour and 5 tonnes a day. The plant makes its own pure water, and both the supply risk and the cost disappear.

02Key Features

Industrial Power, Laboratory Purity

The Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit is designed to deliver uninterrupted, consistent purity to production processes.

A Three-Stage Treatment Process

Pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and deionisation stages purify the water step by step.

250 L/hour Instantaneous Output

At 250 litres an hour it gives a steady flow of pure water to feed the process line.

5 Tonnes a Day

It covers the daily pure water needs of mid-scale industrial plants and laboratories.

Conductivity Down to Zero

The deionisation stage brings conductivity down to zero, producing pure water to laboratory standard.

Continuous Purity Monitoring

The conductivity meter shows the quality of the water produced in real time and makes the maintenance point clear.

Engineered to Order

Where more capacity is needed, the system can be scaled up to the plant’s process requirements.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit is ideal for plants where high-purity water must be available without interruption.

  • Laboratories
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Precision Manufacturing Processes
  • Cosmetics Manufacturing
  • Electronics & Microchips
  • Chemicals & Metalworking
  • Battery Manufacturing
  • Boiler Feed Water

05How It Works

How Does the Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit Work?

  1. Stage 1: Pre-Treatment

Raw mains water passes through pre-filters, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the membrane.

  2. Stage 2: Reverse Osmosis

The water is driven under high pressure through the semi-permeable membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts and ions.

  3. Stage 3: Deionisation

The RO output passes through an ion exchange resin bed, where the remaining ions are captured and conductivity falls to zero.

  4. Conductivity Monitoring

The meter monitors the conductivity of the water produced; a rising reading shows the resin has become saturated.

  5. Transfer to the Process Line

The pure water produced is taken into a storage tank or fed directly to the production or laboratory line.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

When choosing the Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit, capacity, purity target and incoming water must be assessed correctly.

Hourly and Daily Requirement

The process’s instantaneous flow and daily consumption must suit the 250 L/hour and 5-tonne capacity.

Target Purity

The conductivity level the application requires determines resin capacity and how often maintenance is needed.

Incoming Water Analysis

The conductivity, hardness and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life.

Growth Plans

If more capacity is planned for the future, the system should be engineered so it can be scaled up.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The conductivity reading should be monitored regularly; when it rises, the deionisation resin must be regenerated or replaced.
  • Pre-treatment filters should be changed periodically; it is critical to protecting the membrane and maintaining output.
  • Membrane performance and system pressures should be checked regularly so any drop in output is caught early.
  • Pure water can pick up ions from the air while standing; for sensitive applications, freshly produced water is recommended.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Industrial Deionised Pure Water Unit do?
It processes raw mains water through three treatment stages, brings conductivity down to zero and produces pure water to laboratory standard. At 250 litres an hour and 5 tonnes a day it feeds laboratory, pharmaceutical and precision manufacturing processes.
What are the three treatment stages?
The process consists of pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and deionisation. Pre-treatment captures sediment and chlorine, reverse osmosis removes most dissolved matter, and deionisation captures the remaining ions to bring conductivity down to zero.
What is its capacity?
The mid-capacity industrial model produces 250 litres of pure water an hour and 5 tonnes a day. For plants needing more, the system can be engineered and scaled up to the process requirement.
When is the resin renewed?
Deionisation resin becomes saturated with ions over time. When the conductivity of the water produced starts to rise, the resin has become saturated and must be regenerated or replaced. That is why monitoring conductivity is critical.
Which sectors use it?
It is used wherever high-purity water is required — laboratory, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, electronics, chemical, metalworking and battery manufacturing — and in boiler feed water. It suits any precision process where ions in the water affect product quality.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
