Well Water Treatment System

Well Water Treatment is a complete solution that makes the raw water from a well usable by clearing it of sand, limescale, odour and microbiological risk; it is built by bringing together chlorine dosing, fully automatic sand and activated carbon units, flow-controlled softening and an ultraviolet stage according to the raw water analysis.

01Problem & Solution

Every Well’s Water Is Different

Problem

One Filter Is Not Enough

Well water can carry sand, silt, rust, turbidity, high hardness, bad odour, organic contaminants and microbiological risk all at once. Each of these calls for a different treatment stage; no single filter deals with them all.

Solution

A System Built from the Analysis

In a Well Water Treatment system the stages are chosen from the raw water analysis. Chlorine dosing, sand, activated carbon, softening and ultraviolet work together to bring the water up to a usable standard.

02Key Features

Staged, Automatic, Built to the Project

A Well Water Treatment system is put together to make the water from a well safely usable.

Chlorine Dosing

Chlorine is dosed into the raw water under control, settling out suspended matter and delivering microbiological safety.

Fully Automatic Sand Unit

It captures sand, silt, rust and turbidity, and cleans itself by backwashing.

Fully Automatic Carbon Unit

It removes the remaining chlorine, off-taste, odour, colour and organic contaminants by adsorption.

Flow-Controlled Softening

It removes the hardness that runs high in well water using resin that regenerates on actual consumption.

Ultraviolet Treatment

At the final stage the UV unit inactivates the microorganisms in the water without chemicals.

Configured to the Project

The stages and equipment sizes are determined by the raw water analysis report and the daily water capacity.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

A Well Water Treatment system is installed anywhere there is no mains supply or well water is used.

  • Detached Houses & Villas
  • Residential Complexes
  • Factories
  • Hotels & Facilities
  • Farms
  • Agricultural Businesses
  • Construction Sites
  • Settlements Off the Mains

05How It Works

How Does Well Water Treatment Work?

  1. Chlorine Dosing

Chlorine is dosed under control into the raw water coming from the well; suspended matter settles out and microbiological safety is delivered.

  2. Filtration in the Sand Unit

Sand, silt, rust and turbidity are captured, and the unit backwashes itself clean at set intervals.

  3. Adsorption on Activated Carbon

The remaining chlorine, off-taste, odour, colour and organic contaminants are captured in the carbon bed.

  4. Limescale Removal at the Softener

The flow-controlled unit takes calcium and magnesium out with resin, protecting plumbing and equipment.

  5. Ultraviolet Treatment

At the final stage the UV unit inactivates the microorganisms and the water goes into use.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

The most critical inputs to a Well Water Treatment system are the raw water analysis and the daily capacity requirement.

Raw Water Analysis Report

Hardness, iron, manganese, turbidity and microbiological readings directly determine which stages are chosen.

Daily Water Capacity

The daily volume to be used determines the unit sizes and vessel volumes.

Intended Use

Whether the water is for drinking, general use or process work changes the level of treatment required.

Space and Tanks

Space for the units, the raw water tank and the treated water tank should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep the System Running

  • The salt level at the softening stage should be checked regularly and topped up as it falls.
  • The activated carbon should be renewed periodically, and the backwash settings on the sand and carbon units checked.
  • The lamp at the ultraviolet stage should generally be changed once a year, and the quartz sleeve kept clean.
  • Well water quality can change with the seasons; system performance should be confirmed by periodic water analysis.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does a Well Water Treatment system do?
It takes the raw water from a well through a staged process to make it usable. Sand, silt, limescale, odour, organic contaminants and microorganisms are each dealt with at their own stage.
Why is a water analysis needed first?
Every well’s water is different. Building the right system means knowing the raw water analysis report and the daily volume to be used; the choice of stages and the equipment sizes follow from that data.
What units make up the system?
The complete system consists of chlorine dosing, a fully automatic sand unit, a fully automatic activated carbon unit, a flow-controlled water softener and an ultraviolet unit. The final combination is built from the analysis.
Is it hard to maintain?
Because the sand and carbon units backwash automatically, the system largely looks after itself. Routinely, watching the softener salt, renewing the carbon and changing the UV lamp is all it takes.
Does the well water become drinkable?
The system treats the water to a usable standard. Whether it can be used for drinking is assessed from the readings in the raw water analysis and the level of treatment aimed for, which is why the analysis report is critical.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
