Industrial Reverse Osmosis · Mid-Scale

5 Tonnes of Quality Water a Day with the 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System

The 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is a mid-scale industrial system that turns poor water into quality drinking and utility water through reverse osmosis, filtering it at the molecular level. Under high pressure, its membrane separates the dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses out of the water.

01Problem & Solution

Poor Water Puts Production at Risk

Problem

Dissolved Salts and Contaminants

Dissolved salts, heavy metals, organic matter and microbiological contaminants in water are a risk to both health and production quality. In mid-scale plants they affect the process and the life of the equipment.

Solution

Treatment at the Molecular Level

The 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System treats water at the molecular level through a semi-permeable membrane. Separating up to 99% of the dissolved salts, heavy metals and contaminants, it produces 5 tonnes of quality water a day.

02Key Features

Efficient, Durable, Mid-Scale

The 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is built with efficient, durable components around the needs of mid-scale businesses.

ULP21 4040 Membranes

The 4040 membranes give high output at low pressure and separate dissolved contaminants effectively.

5 Tonnes a Day

It offers the capacity to meet a mid-scale site’s daily water requirement consistently.

A Durable Carbon Steel Frame

A powder-coated carbon steel frame gives a solid build and long life in industrial use.

PPRC Pipework

PPRC pipework on the low- and high-pressure lines gives a safe, durable installation.

A High Rate of Treatment

It separates up to 99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses from the water.

Installed to the Project

The system is optimised and installed around the feed water figures and the requirement.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is ideal for businesses with a mid-scale water requirement.

  • Small and Mid-Scale Production Plants
  • Hotels & Restaurants
  • Laboratories
  • Workshops
  • Textile Applications
  • Drinking & Utility Water
  • Process Water
  • Cafés & Businesses

05How It Works

How Does the 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System Work?

  1. Pre-Treatment

To protect the membrane, the raw water passes through pre-treatment stages such as sediment and carbon.

  2. High-Pressure Pump

The high-pressure pump delivers the water onto the surface of the 4040 membranes at the pressure required.

  3. Separation at the Membrane

Only water molecules pass through the membrane; salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses are held back.

  4. Permeate and Concentrate

The treated water (permeate) goes to the tank and the salt-concentrated reject is discharged.

  5. Water Ready for Use

Quality water is delivered to the point of use or the process line at 5 tonnes a day.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Capacity

When choosing the 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System, the water requirement and the feed water quality must be assessed correctly.

Daily Water Requirement

Five tonnes a day is for mid-scale sites; a higher requirement calls for the larger models.

Raw Water Analysis

The feed water’s TDS, hardness, iron and silica figures determine the output and the pre-treatment design.

Pre-Treatment Requirement

Water with high hardness or chlorine may need softening, carbon and antiscalant pre-treatment.

Installation Space

Where the unit will sit, the storage tank and the pipework connections should be planned before installation.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The sediment and carbon pre-filters are generally changed every 3-6 months and the RO membranes every 1.5-2 years, depending on conditions.
  • The pump pressure and membrane performance should be monitored, and a membrane clean (CIP) carried out when output falls.
  • The feed water figures (TDS, iron, silica) should be kept within their limits, with antiscalant dosed where needed.
  • The storage tank should be kept hygienic and the system’s efficiency preserved by periodic technical checks.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the 5 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System do?
Treating water at the molecular level by reverse osmosis, it turns poor water into drinking and utility water. It separates up to 99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses and produces 5 tonnes of quality water a day.
What size of business is it for?
At 5 tonnes a day it suits small and mid-scale production plants, hotels, restaurants, laboratories and workshops. A higher requirement calls for the 15 tonne model or above.
Which membrane does it use?
It uses ULP21 4040 membranes, designed to give high output at low inlet pressure. The membrane vessel is HFT and the frame powder-coated carbon steel.
What are the feed water conditions?
The feed water should be 0-2,000 ppm TDS, 2-5 bar pressure and pH 6-8. That shows the system is designed for mains and well (brackish) applications rather than seawater, and the figures vary with the feed water quality.
What maintenance does it need?
The pre-filters are changed periodically and the membranes renewed every 1.5-2 years, depending on conditions. The pump pressure and feed water figures should be monitored, with membrane cleaning and antiscalant dosing applied as needed.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
