Industrial Reverse Osmosis · Mega Capacity

95 Tonnes of Quality Water a Day with the 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System

The 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is a mega-capacity industrial system that turns poor water into quality drinking and utility water through reverse osmosis, filtering it at the molecular level. Under high pressure, its membranes separate the dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses out of the water.

01Problem & Solution

Quality Water at Very High Flow

Problem

What a Large Site Needs

In mega-scale operations such as large factories, bottling plants and full hospitals, the daily water requirement is very high. At that flow, what is needed is a high-capacity, automatic system that treats dissolved contaminants consistently.

Solution

Mega-Capacity, Fully Automatic RO

With its multi-membrane arrangement and PLC automation, the 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System treats water at the molecular level. Separating up to 99% of the dissolved contaminants, it produces 95 tonnes of quality water a day.

02Key Features

Mega Capacity, Full Automation

The 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is built with premium components and full automation for the highest capacity requirements.

95 Tonnes a Day

Its mega capacity meets the high water requirement of very large sites consistently.

Full PLC Automation

The PLC control system monitors pressure, flow and water quality automatically and manages the system.

A Multi-Membrane Arrangement

It works with a large number of reverse osmosis membranes to meet the high capacity.

Economies of Scale

At high capacity the unit cost of water falls, which is an economic advantage at high output.

A High Rate of Treatment

It separates up to 99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses from the water.

Designed to the Project

The system is engineered specifically around the site’s water requirement and the raw water quality.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System is designed for mega-scale sites with the highest water requirements.

  • Very Large Factories
  • Bottling Plants
  • Full Hospitals
  • Large Shopping Centres
  • Large-Scale Facilities
  • Industrial Estates
  • Process Water
  • Drinking & Utility Water

05How It Works

How Does the 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System Work?

  1. Comprehensive Pre-Treatment

The high-flow raw water passes through pre-treatment stages such as sand, carbon, softening and antiscalant.

  2. Fed Under High Pressure

High-pressure pumps deliver the water at the pressure required into the unit’s array of membranes.

  3. Treatment Across Many Membranes

As the water molecules pass through the membranes, dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses are held back.

  4. Automatic PLC Control

The PLC automation monitors pressure, flow and conductivity continuously and manages the system automatically.

  5. Mega-Capacity Production

Quality water is delivered to the tank and to the site’s utility and process lines at 95 tonnes a day.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Capacity

When choosing the 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System, the scale of the site and its water requirement must be assessed correctly.

Daily Water Requirement

Ninety-five tonnes a day is for mega-scale sites; lower requirements suit the 5 or 15 tonne models.

Raw Water Analysis

The feed water’s TDS, hardness, iron and silica figures determine the number of membranes and the pre-treatment.

The Need for Automation

PLC automation makes continuous, high-flow operation easier to run and steadier in performance.

Installation Infrastructure

Enough space, the electrical infrastructure and a storage tank for the capacity should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The pre-filters should be changed periodically, the membranes renewed as conditions require and membrane cleaning (CIP) carried out regularly.
  • The pressure, flow and conductivity figures on the PLC panel should be watched, and any deviation acted on early.
  • The feed water figures should be kept within their limits, and antiscalant dosing and pre-treatment maintained against the risk of scaling.
  • In continuous mega-capacity operation, broad spare parts support and periodic technical service are critical.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the 95 Tonne Reverse Osmosis System do?
Treating water at the molecular level by reverse osmosis, it turns poor water into drinking and utility water. It separates up to 99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses and produces 95 tonnes of quality water a day.
How does it differ from the 5 and 15 tonne models?
The main differences are capacity and automation: this model produces 95 tonnes a day, with a multi-membrane arrangement and full PLC automation. It is for mega-scale sites; lower requirements are better served by the 5 or 15 tonne models.
What does PLC automation give you?
The PLC control monitors pressure, flow, conductivity and water level continuously and manages the system automatically. That makes high-flow, continuous operation easier to run and steadier in performance.
Why is it engineered to the project?
At this scale the number of membranes, the pump power and the pre-treatment configuration all vary with the site’s water requirement and the raw water analysis. That is why a project-specific solution is offered rather than a standard unit.
Where is it used?
It is used in mega-scale operations with the highest water requirements: very large factories, bottling plants, full hospitals, large shopping centres and industrial estates.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
