Laboratory-Grade Pure Water with the Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit

The Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit is a mid-capacity industrial system that takes raw mains water through a multi-stage process until its conductivity is close to zero; combining reverse osmosis with deionisation, it produces high-purity water for laboratory, pharmaceutical and precision manufacturing processes.

01Problem & Solution

Precision Processes Demand Zero Ions

Problem

Ordinary Water Is Not Pure Enough

In laboratory, pharmaceutical and precision manufacturing, even the smallest ion in the water affects test results, product quality and equipment. Standard treatment, and even reverse osmosis on its own, cannot reach the near-zero purity these applications require.

Solution

RO + Deionization

The Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit treats the bulk of the water by reverse osmosis and then captures the remaining ions in deionisation resin. The result is laboratory-grade pure water with conductivity close to zero.

02Key Features

High Purity, Industrial Reliability

The Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit is designed to deliver the high purity precision applications need, consistently.

Near-Zero Conductivity

Brings conductivity down to around 0 µS, producing high-purity water to laboratory standard.

RO + DI Technology

Combining reverse osmosis and deionisation removes dissolved salts and ions almost entirely.

Conductivity Meter

A meter monitoring purity continuously lets quality be followed in real time and maintenance timed correctly.

Mid-Capacity

At 250 litres an hour and 5 tonnes a day it meets mid-scale industrial requirements.

Multi-Stage Treatment

Pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and deionisation stages give stable, repeatable purity.

Scaled to the Project

Where higher capacity is needed, larger models can be engineered to suit.

05How It Works

How Does the Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit Work?

  1. Pre-Treatment

Raw mains water first passes through pre-filters, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the membrane.

  2. Reverse Osmosis Stage

The water is driven under high pressure through the semi-permeable membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts and ions.

  3. Deionisation (DI)

The RO output then passes through a cation and anion resin bed, where the remaining ions are captured and conductivity approaches zero.

  4. Conductivity Check

The meter monitors the conductivity of the water produced; a rising reading shows the resin has become saturated.

  5. Using the Pure Water

Pure water with near-zero conductivity is taken into a storage tank or fed directly to the process line.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Unit

When choosing the Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit, capacity, purity target and incoming water must be assessed correctly.

Daily Water Requirement

Hourly and daily pure water consumption determine the right capacity and model size.

Target Purity

The conductivity level the application requires shapes the choice of treatment stages and resin configuration.

Incoming Water Analysis

The conductivity and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life and dosing.

Room to Grow

For businesses that may need more capacity later, a modular, expandable design is an advantage.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The conductivity reading should be monitored regularly; when it rises, the deionisation resin must be regenerated or replaced.
  • Pre-filters should be changed periodically; it matters for protecting the membrane and maintaining pure water output.
  • Membrane performance and system pressures should be checked regularly so any drop in output is caught early.
  • Pure water can pick up ions from the air while standing; for sensitive applications, freshly produced water is recommended.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Deionised Pure Water Treatment Unit do?
It treats raw mains water through reverse osmosis and deionisation stages to produce laboratory-grade pure water with near-zero conductivity. It removes almost all of the dissolved salts, minerals and ions in the water.
What is the difference between deionisation and reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved matter with a membrane. Deionisation then captures the ions remaining in the RO output using cation and anion resin, bringing conductivity close to zero. Together they achieve the highest purity.
What is its capacity?
This mid-capacity industrial model produces roughly 250 litres of pure water an hour and 5 tonnes a day. Where more capacity is needed, larger models can be engineered to suit.
When is the resin renewed?
Deionisation resin becomes saturated with ions over time. A rising conductivity reading in the water produced shows that saturation; at that point the resin must be regenerated or replaced. That is why monitoring conductivity is critical.
Where is it used?
It is used in laboratory, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, electronics, automotive, chemical and battery manufacturing, and in boiler feed water — anywhere high-purity water is required. It suits any precision application where ions in the water affect production quality.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
