Industrial Pure Water Treatment System

The industrial pure water treatment system is a complete system that turns raw mains water into laboratory-grade pure water with near-zero conductivity through a six-stage process; at 10 tonnes a day it meets the high-purity needs of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive and laboratory applications without interruption.

01Problem & Solution

Large Scale, High Purity

Problem

Pure Water by the Tonne

Pharmaceutical, cosmetics and automotive manufacturing consume pure water by the tonne. Buying it in is both expensive and a continuity risk, while small units cannot cope at this scale.

Solution

A Complete Six-Stage System

The industrial pure water treatment system takes raw mains water through six stages to laboratory-grade purity and, at 10 tonnes a day, feeds the plant’s production line with its own pure water.

02Key Features

A Complete Solution at Industrial Scale

The industrial pure water treatment system is designed to make high-volume pure water production stable and sustainable.

Six-Stage Treatment

From pre-filtration to deionisation, it handles each type of contamination at its own stage.

10 Tonnes a Day

Its high capacity meets the pure water needs of large-scale production plants without interruption.

Laboratory Standard

Bringing conductivity close to zero delivers the purity precision processes require.

A Complete System

From pre-treatment to the final stage, all the equipment is engineered as a single whole.

Membrane Protection

The sand, carbon and softening stages markedly extend the life of the reverse osmosis membrane.

Designed to the Project

Capacity and configuration can be scaled up from the incoming water analysis and process requirements.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The industrial pure water treatment system is ideal for production plants that need high-purity water in high volume.

  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Cosmetics Manufacturing
  • Automotive & Paint
  • Laboratories
  • Chemical Plants
  • Electronics Manufacturing
  • Boiler Feed Water
  • Battery Manufacturing

05How It Works

How Does the Industrial Pure Water Treatment System Work?

  1. Pre-Filtration

Sand, silt, rust and suspended solids in the raw mains water are captured, protecting the stages that follow.

  2. Activated Carbon Stage

Chlorine, off-taste, odour and organic contaminants are adsorbed, protecting the membrane from chlorine damage.

  3. Water Softening

Removing calcium and magnesium prevents scaling on the membrane surface.

  4. Reverse Osmosis

The water is driven under high pressure through the membranes, separating out dissolved salts, heavy metals and ionic contaminants.

  5. Deionisation and Use

At the final stage a resin bed captures the remaining ions, and pure water with near-zero conductivity is fed to the process line.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

In choosing an industrial pure water treatment system, capacity, purity target and incoming water analysis are decisive.

Daily Pure Water Requirement

The process’s daily consumption must suit the 10-tonne capacity; a higher requirement means scaling the system up.

Target Purity

The conductivity level the application requires determines the number of stages and the resin capacity.

Incoming Water Analysis

Hardness, conductivity and contamination load directly affect which pre-treatment stages are chosen.

Space and Tanks

The floor space the complete system needs, along with the raw water and pure water tanks, should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The conductivity reading should be monitored regularly; when it rises, the resin must be regenerated or replaced.
  • Pre-filters and activated carbon should be changed periodically, and the salt level at the softening stage kept under review.
  • Membrane performance and system pressures should be checked regularly so any drop in output is caught early.
  • Planned periodic maintenance prevents sudden losses of performance and keeps pure water quality stable.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the industrial pure water treatment system do?
It processes raw mains water through six treatment stages into laboratory-grade pure water with near-zero conductivity. At 10 tonnes a day it feeds pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive and laboratory applications.
What do the six stages cover?
The process consists of stages such as pre-filtration, activated carbon, water softening, fine filtration, reverse osmosis and deionisation. Each stage handles a different type of contamination, and the final configuration is set from the incoming water analysis.
What is its capacity?
The system is rated at 10 tonnes of pure water a day. For plants needing higher volumes, it can be engineered and scaled up from the process requirement and the incoming water analysis.
Why are there pre-treatment stages?
Sand, chlorine and limescale wear a reverse osmosis membrane down quickly. The sand, activated carbon and softening stages remove them beforehand, extending membrane life and preserving the system’s efficiency.
How is it maintained?
It needs periodic pre-filter changes, carbon renewal, monitoring of the softener salt, and tracking of membrane performance and conductivity. Planned periodic maintenance keeps water quality stable and prevents unplanned stoppages.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
