01Problem & Solution

One Filter Will Not Solve Well Water

Problem

Contamination on Many Levels

Well water can carry sand, silt, rust, turbidity, high hardness, bad odour, organic contaminants and microbiological risk all at once. No single filter can deal with every one of these.

Solution

A Complete System, Stage by Stage

Industrial Well Water Treatment is a seven-stage process that handles each type of contamination at its own stage. It is engineered from a raw water analysis and brings well water up to a usable standard at 10 tonnes a day.

02Key Features

Analysis-Led, Automatic, Complete

Industrial Well Water Treatment is designed to make the raw water coming out of a well safely usable.

Comprehensive Seven-Stage Treatment

A multi-layered treatment process that handles each type of contamination at its own stage.

10 Tonnes a Day

Its high capacity covers the daily water needs of facilities, factories, hotels and farms.

Analysis-Led Design

A configuration specific to the system is built from the raw water analysis report and the daily capacity.

Fully Automatic Operation

The sand and carbon units backwash automatically, reducing the need for manual intervention to a minimum.

Limescale and Sediment Control

Flow-controlled softening and the sand stage capture limescale, silt and rust before they reach the plumbing.

Ultraviolet Treatment

The UV unit at the final stage inactivates the microorganisms in the water without chemicals.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

Industrial Well Water Treatment is ideal for facilities relying on well water where there is no mains supply or where it falls short.

  • Factories
  • Out-of-Town Hotels
  • Farms
  • Country Houses & Villas
  • Tourist Facilities
  • Agricultural Businesses
  • Industrial Estate Facilities
  • Settlements Off the Mains

05How It Works

How Does Industrial Well Water Treatment Work?

  1. Chlorine Dosing

A controlled chlorine dose is added to the raw well water; suspended matter is precipitated and microbiological risk is reduced.

  2. Automatic Sand Unit

Sand, silt, rust and turbidity are captured. The unit backwashes itself clean at set intervals.

  3. Automatic Activated Carbon Unit

The remaining chlorine, off-taste, odour, colour and organic contaminants are adsorbed onto the activated carbon bed.

  4. Flow-Controlled Water Softening

The hardness minerals that run high in well water, calcium and magnesium, are removed by resin, protecting plumbing and equipment.

  5. Fine Filtration & Ultraviolet Treatment

After fine filtration the water passes through the UV stage, where microorganisms are dealt with before it goes into use.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

The most critical inputs to an Industrial Well Water Treatment system are the raw water analysis and the daily capacity requirement.

Raw Water Analysis Report

Hardness, iron, manganese, turbidity and microbiological readings directly determine which stages are chosen.

Daily Water Capacity

The facility’s daily consumption determines whether the 10-tonne capacity is the right fit.

Intended Use

Whether the water is for drinking, general use or process work changes the level of treatment required.

Tank and Space

Space for the raw water tank, the treated water tank and the equipment should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep the System Running

  • The salt level at the softening stage should be checked regularly and topped up in the brine tank as it falls.
  • The activated carbon should be renewed periodically, and the backwash settings on the sand and carbon units checked.
  • The lamp at the ultraviolet stage should generally be changed once a year, and the quartz sleeve kept clean.
  • Well water quality can change with the seasons; system performance should be confirmed by periodic water analysis.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does Industrial Well Water Treatment do?
It brings raw well water up to drinking and utility water standard through a comprehensive seven-stage process. Dealing with sand, silt, limescale, odour, organic contaminants and microorganisms stage by stage, it provides dependable water at 10 tonnes a day.
Why is a water analysis required?
Every well’s water is different. Building the right system starts with knowing the raw water analysis report and the daily volume to be used; the choice of stages and the equipment sizes follow from that data.
What units make up the system?
The complete system consists of stages such as chlorine dosing, fully automatic sand and activated carbon units, flow-controlled water softening, fine filtration and ultraviolet treatment. The final combination is built from the raw water analysis.
Is it hard to maintain?
Because the sand and carbon units backwash automatically, the system largely looks after itself. The routine tasks are keeping an eye on the softener salt, renewing the carbon and changing the UV lamp.
What if 10 tonnes a day is not enough?
Where more capacity is needed, the system can be engineered with larger equipment from the facility’s daily consumption and the raw water analysis. Any plan to increase capacity should be considered in advance.

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
