30 L/H · RO + Mixed-Bed Resin

High-Purity Water with the Deionized Pure Water System

The Deionized Pure Water System runs pre-filtration, reverse osmosis and mixed-bed resin stages together to remove dissolved salts and ions from the water. With a capacity of 30 litres per hour, it produces pure water approaching zero conductivity for laboratory, medical and production lines.

01Problem & Solution

Residual Ions Spoil the Results

Problem

Mains Water Is Not Enough for Sensitive Processes

Ions such as calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride in mains water shift analytical results, leave residue on equipment surfaces, and cause defects in sensitive processes such as coating and painting.

Solution

Two-Stage Purification

The Deionized Pure Water System first separates most of the dissolved solids by reverse osmosis, then captures the remaining ions with mixed-bed resin. The result is a stable pure water approaching zero conductivity.

02Key Features

Stable Purity, Continuous Production

The Deionized Pure Water System is designed for medium-scale pure water requirements.

30 L/H Capacity

At 30 litres per hour it is enough for laboratories and small to medium production lines.

RO + Mixed-Bed Resin

Reverse osmosis and mixed-bed resin work together to remove ions to an advanced level.

Multi-Stage Pre-Treatment

Sediment and carbon stages protect the membrane and the resin from premature wear.

Compact Layout

With the stages gathered on a panel, it takes up little space in a laboratory or workshop.

Easy Consumable Replacement

Filter cartridges and the resin column are renewed in a way that keeps service downtime short.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Deionized Pure Water System is used in every application that requires ion-free water.

  • Laboratories
  • Medical Units
  • Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics Production
  • Electronics & Assembly Lines
  • Coating & Paint Industry
  • Autoclave & Steam Feed
  • Battery & Radiator Water
  • Glass & Precision Washing

05How It Works

How Does the Deionized Pure Water System Work?

  1. Pre-Filtration

Sediment and carbon stages capture sand, rust, chlorine and organic matter, protecting the stages that follow.

  2. Reverse Osmosis Stage

Working under pressure, the membrane separates most of the dissolved salts and markedly lowers conductivity.

  3. Mixed-Bed Resin Polishing

Cation and anion resins work together to capture the remaining ions, and the water reaches its final purity.

  4. Conductivity Is Measured

The display shows the conductivity of the product water, so purity is verified at the moment of use.

  5. It Is Put into Service

The pure water produced goes to storage or directly to the process point; the concentrate is discharged through a separate line.

06Making the Right Choice

Is 30 L/H Enough for You?

When choosing the Deionized Pure Water System, consider daily consumption, the feed water and the purity you need.

Daily Consumption

If your hourly requirement exceeds 30 litres, a higher-capacity system should be planned.

Feed Water Quality

On hard, high-TDS water the pre-treatment must be strengthened; otherwise the resin life shortens.

Purity Requirement

The target conductivity directly determines the resin volume and the stage layout.

Storage Requirement

Where draw-off peaks, adding a pure water storage vessel balances production against consumption.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

With regular monitoring and timely consumable changes, the Deionized Pure Water System runs consistently.

  • Read the conductivity regularly; a gradual rise shows the resin is approaching saturation.
  • Replace the pre-filter cartridges on time; chlorine getting through damages the membrane permanently.
  • Replace the mixed-bed resin once it is saturated; running on exhausted resin lowers purity.
  • Pure water can pick up ions from the surfaces it touches; store it in clean vessels made of suitable material.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Deionized Pure Water System do?
It produces high-purity water by removing dissolved salts and ions. The reverse osmosis and mixed-bed resin stages work together, meeting the need for ion-free water in laboratory, medical and production lines.
Is the water it produces drinkable?
No. Because pure water contains no minerals it is not used as drinking water. For drinking water, choose a separate treatment solution that preserves the mineral balance.
What does 30 L/H mean?
It means the system can produce 30 litres of pure water per hour. Real output varies somewhat with inlet pressure, water temperature and the TDS of the feed water.
How does it differ from a resin-only system?
In resin-only systems the entire ion load falls on the resin and the consumable is used up quickly. Because the reverse osmosis stage takes most of that load first, the resin lasts far longer.
When should the resin be renewed?
When the conductivity of the product water rises gradually, the resin is approaching saturation. The interval depends on feed water quality and daily output.

Delivery

Confirmed when the order is placed

This product is not held in stock; it is supplied to order and the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved. Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
