01Problem & Solution

One Stage Is Not Enough for High Purity

Problem

Ions in the Water Disrupt the Process

In laboratory and industrial production, the dissolved salts, minerals and ions in water affect test results, product quality and equipment life. Standard treatment cannot reach this level of purity.

Solution

Reverse Osmosis + Pure Water Stage

The Deionised Pure Water Unit treats the water by reverse osmosis with a 40×40 membrane, then removes the remaining ions with pure water resin. The conductivity meter keeps purity in view at all times.

02Key Features

Strong Equipment, High Purity

The Deionised Pure Water Unit is designed to produce high-purity water with dependable equipment and straightforward control.

RO with a 40×40 Membrane

A high-performance 40×40 reverse osmosis membrane removes the great majority of dissolved salts and contaminants.

Pure Water Resin (DI)

Twenty-five litres of pure water resin in a 10×35 tank captures the ions left after RO and brings conductivity close to zero.

Conductivity Meter

A meter monitoring purity continuously lets quality be followed in real time and resin maintenance done on time.

5 Tonnes a Day

Producing 5 tonnes of pure water in 24 hours, it meets mid-scale industrial and laboratory requirements.

Simple Manual Valve

The pure water stage is controlled by an easy-to-use manual valve, keeping operation practical.

Scaled Up to the Project

For larger volumes of pure water, higher-capacity solutions are offered to suit the requirement.

05How It Works

How Does the Deionised Pure Water Unit Work?

  1. Pre-Treatment

Raw water passes through pre-filters, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the RO membrane.

  2. 40×40 Reverse Osmosis

The water is driven under high pressure through the 40×40 membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts and ions.

  3. Pure Water Resin (DI)

The RO output passes through 25 litres of resin in the 10×35 tank, where the remaining ions are captured and conductivity approaches zero.

  4. Conductivity Monitoring

The meter monitors the conductivity of the water produced; when the reading rises, the resin has become saturated.

  5. Storage and Use

Pure water with near-zero conductivity is stored in the user’s own treated water tank and kept ready for use.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Unit

When choosing the Deionised Pure Water Unit, capacity, purity target and incoming water must be assessed correctly.

Daily Water Requirement

Your daily pure water consumption must suit the 5-tonne capacity; a larger model is needed for higher requirements.

Target Purity

The conductivity level the application requires determines resin capacity and how often maintenance is needed.

Feed Water Quality

The conductivity and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life.

Tank and Space

Space for the treated water tank and the conditions for installing the unit should be assessed in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The conductivity meter should be monitored regularly; when the reading rises, the pure water resin must be renewed or regenerated.
  • Pre-filters should be changed periodically; it matters for protecting the RO membrane and maintaining pure water output.
  • The manual valve and system pressures should be checked regularly so any drop in output is caught early.
  • Pure water can pick up ions from the air while standing; for sensitive applications, freshly produced water is recommended.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Deionised Pure Water Unit do?
It produces high-purity water with near-zero conductivity by removing the dissolved salts, minerals and ions in the water through reverse osmosis and pure water resin. It provides dependable pure water for laboratory, medical and industrial processes.
How much pure water does it produce a day?
The unit is rated at 5 tonnes of pure water in 24 hours. For larger volumes, get in touch and a higher-capacity solution can be found to suit.
How is purity monitored?
The unit has a meter that monitors the conductivity level continuously. It lets the purity of the water be followed at any moment and shows clearly when the resin needs renewing.
When is the pure water resin changed?
The 25 litres of resin in the 10×35 tank become saturated with ions over time. A rising conductivity reading shows that saturation, and the resin must then be renewed or regenerated — which is why monitoring conductivity matters.
Is the treated water tank included?
The treated water tank belongs to the user and is ready to store the pure water. A suitable tank and storage solution can be considered together according to the requirement.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
