Which capacity is enough for you? Let us find the unit that suits you best in six questions.
Compact Model · 40 L Tank · RO + DI
The Compact Pure Water Unit is a compact solution equipped with advanced reverse osmosis and a high-performance pure water stage; by filtering out the heavy metals, dissolved salts and harmful substances in the water it produces dependable, laboratory-grade pure water at near-zero conductivity, and its 40 litre tank keeps that water ready for use.
01Problem & Solution
Problem
Small laboratories, consulting rooms and workshops need pure water, but an industrial system producing tonnes a day is both more than they need and a large claim on their space.
Solution
The Compact Pure Water Unit brings reverse osmosis and a pure water stage together in a compact body. It works at a small scale, but what it produces is genuine pure water at near-zero conductivity.
02Key Features
The Compact Pure Water Unit is designed to meet small-scale pure water needs to a high standard.
Reverse osmosis and the pure water stage working together remove dissolved salts and ions almost entirely.
Bringing conductivity close to zero gives pure water to laboratory standard.
The pure water produced collects in a 40 litre tank and waits ready for use at any moment.
The heavy metals and harmful substances in the water are largely removed by the advanced treatment stages.
Small and tidy, it fits easily into the limited space of a laboratory or a workshop.
As capacity needs grow, higher-capacity pure water systems can be engineered.
03Technical Specifications
| Feature | Value | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Unit Type | Compact Pure Water Unit | Where it is installed and how it produces water. An under-counter domestic unit and a commercial one do not run on the same line. |
| Tank Capacity | 40 Litres | Treated water held in reserve. A large tank means water without waiting when you open the tap. |
| Technology | Reverse Osmosis + Pure Water Stage | The treatment technology used. Reverse osmosis takes out salts and heavy metals; carbon takes out taste and odour. |
| Conductivity | Near Zero | A measure of the dissolved matter in the water. The closer to zero, the purer it is. |
| What It Removes | Salts · Ions · Heavy Metals | |
| Use | Laboratory · Workshop | What setting it was designed for. A domestic unit will not carry a commercial load. |
04Applications
The Compact Pure Water Unit is ideal for small and medium settings that need high-purity water.
05How It Works
Raw water passes through the pre-filters, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the membrane.
The water passes through the semi-permeable membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts, heavy metals and ions.
The reverse osmosis output passes through the pure water resin, where the remaining ions are captured and conductivity approaches zero.
The pure water produced collects in the 40 litre tank and waits ready for use.
Conductivity is monitored as the pure water is used; when it rises the resin is renewed and the cycle continues.
06Making the Right Choice
When choosing the Compact Pure Water Unit, the scale of consumption, the purity target and the incoming water must be assessed correctly.
If your daily pure water need is small to medium, this compact unit is enough; needs measured in tonnes call for a larger system.
The conductivity level the application requires determines resin capacity and how often maintenance is needed.
The conductivity and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life.
The 40 litre tank needs suitable space, and where well water is used pre-treatment is essential.

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
