Which capacity is enough for you? Let us find the unit that suits you best in six questions.

Three Units · Softening · Carbon · UV

One Answer for the Whole Line: the Central Water Treatment System

The Central Water Treatment System is a three-stage installation in which a Maxi cabinet water softener, an activated carbon unit in a 1035 vessel and a single-lamp 21 watt UV unit run in series on the main water line. It lowers hardness, removes chlorine and odour, and reduces microbiological risk.

01Problem & Solution

One Unit Does Not Solve Every Problem

Problem

Limescale, Chlorine and Microbiological Risk All at Once

Hardness wears down plumbing and appliances, chlorine leaves an odour in the shower and the kitchen, and on lines fed from a tank or a well microbiological risk enters the picture. No single unit solves all three together.

Solution

Three Stages in Series

The Central Water Treatment System meets each problem with its own stage. Softening lowers hardness, activated carbon adsorbs chlorine and odour, and the UV unit reduces microbiological risk.

02Key Features

Three Stages, One Line

The Central Water Treatment System brings three complementary units together in a single installation.

Maxi Cabinet Softening

Cation resin lowers the water’s hardness and stops limescale forming at source.

Activated Carbon in a 1035 Vessel

A granular activated carbon bed adsorbs chlorine, odour, off-taste and organic matter.

21 Watt UV Unit

Ultraviolet light disrupts the structure of microorganisms and removes their ability to reproduce.

Fully Automatic Operation

The softening and carbon stages renew themselves by backwashing, so constant supervision is not needed.

304 Stainless Steel UV Body

The UV unit’s body is 304 grade stainless steel and works on lines up to 8 bar.

It Covers the Whole Line

Because it works on the main line, it gives the same water quality in the bathroom, the kitchen and at every point of use.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Central Water Treatment System is used in buildings where the whole line needs protecting together.

  • Villas & Detached Houses
  • Apartment Block & Estate Inlets
  • Hotels & Accommodation
  • Halls of Residence & Guest Houses
  • Well & Tank Water Lines
  • Hair & Beauty Salons
  • Café & Restaurant Lines
  • Hard Water Areas

05How It Works

How Does the Central Water Treatment System Work?

  1. It Enters the Main Line

Mains or tank water is directed from the main line after the meter into the system’s first stage.

  2. The Softening Stage

The cation resin holds back calcium and magnesium ions, releasing sodium in their place and lowering the hardness.

  3. Activated Carbon Stage

The water passes through the granular carbon bed in the 1035 vessel and is cleared of chlorine, odour and organic matter.

  4. The UV Stage

The now-clear water passes through the 21 watt UV unit, where the light disrupts the structure of microorganisms and renders them inactive.

  5. It Goes Out to the Plumbing

Having passed through the three stages, the water goes into the plumbing, while the softening and carbon stages renew themselves automatically.

06Making the Right Choice

Do You Need All Three Stages?

When choosing the Central Water Treatment System, the water source, the hardness level and consumption should be assessed.

Water Source

Where well or tank water is used, the UV stage adds a clear measure of safety.

Water Hardness

The degree of hardness directly determines the softening capacity and how often it regenerates.

Daily Consumption

The building’s occupancy and peak draw-off together determine the capacity of the stages.

Installation Space

Enough space for the three units, a drain line and access to power should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

The Central Water Treatment System runs steadily when each stage gets its own maintenance.

  • Check the softener’s salt store regularly; when the salt runs out, regeneration does not happen.
  • The activated carbon charge becomes saturated over time; when the smell of chlorine returns, it needs renewing.
  • A UV lamp loses intensity even while it continues to light, and must be renewed periodically.
  • If limescale or sediment builds up on the quartz sleeve the UV cannot reach the water; it must be cleaned regularly.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Central Water Treatment System do?
It is a three-stage system installed on the main water line. Softening lowers hardness, activated carbon removes chlorine and odour, and the UV unit reduces microbiological risk — so the whole line carries the same water quality.
Why are the stages in this order?
The softening and carbon stages clear the water and take the chlorine out. The UV stage is placed last because it works only in clear water; in cloudy water the light does not penetrate properly.
Is the water it produces drinkable?
This system raises the quality of the utility water but does not remove dissolved salts. Drinking water calls for a separate reverse osmosis stage.
How does it differ from the two-stage installation?
The two-stage installation has softening and UV. This system adds an activated carbon stage in between, which also removes the chlorine, odour and organic load. Where chlorine is a clear problem, the three-stage configuration is the one to choose.
How is the capacity determined?
The number of residents, daily consumption, instantaneous draw, inlet pressure and the water analysis are assessed together. The configuration is designed from those figures; we recommend having a water analysis done.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
