Compact Pure Water Unit

The Compact Pure Water Unit is a compact solution equipped with advanced reverse osmosis and a high-performance pure water stage; by filtering out the heavy metals, dissolved salts and harmful substances in the water it produces dependable, laboratory-grade pure water at near-zero conductivity, and its 40 litre tank keeps that water ready for use.

01Problem & Solution

Not Every Site Needs Pure Water by the Tonne

Problem

A Large System Is More Than the Job Needs

Small laboratories, consulting rooms and workshops need pure water, but an industrial system producing tonnes a day is both more than they need and a large claim on their space.

Solution

Compact, but to Laboratory Standard

The Compact Pure Water Unit brings reverse osmosis and a pure water stage together in a compact body. It works at a small scale, but what it produces is genuine pure water at near-zero conductivity.

02Key Features

A Compact Body, High Purity

The Compact Pure Water Unit is designed to meet small-scale pure water needs to a high standard.

Two-Stage Treatment

Reverse osmosis and the pure water stage working together remove dissolved salts and ions almost entirely.

Near-Zero Conductivity

Bringing conductivity close to zero gives pure water to laboratory standard.

40 Litres of Storage

The pure water produced collects in a 40 litre tank and waits ready for use at any moment.

Heavy Metal Removal

The heavy metals and harmful substances in the water are largely removed by the advanced treatment stages.

Compact Layout

Small and tidy, it fits easily into the limited space of a laboratory or a workshop.

A Solution That Can Grow

As capacity needs grow, higher-capacity pure water systems can be engineered.

03Technical Specifications

System Details

Feature Value What it does
Unit Type Compact Pure Water Unit Where it is installed and how it produces water. An under-counter domestic unit and a commercial one do not run on the same line.
Tank Capacity 40 Litres Treated water held in reserve. A large tank means water without waiting when you open the tap.
Technology Reverse Osmosis + Pure Water Stage The treatment technology used. Reverse osmosis takes out salts and heavy metals; carbon takes out taste and odour.
Conductivity Near Zero A measure of the dissolved matter in the water. The closer to zero, the purer it is.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Compact Pure Water Unit is ideal for small and medium settings that need high-purity water.

  • Laboratories
  • Consulting Rooms
  • Dental Clinics
  • Small Production Workshops
  • Cosmetics Manufacturing
  • Electronics & Optics
  • Accumulators & Batteries
  • Sites with Limited Space

05How It Works

How Does the Compact Pure Water Unit Work?

  1. Pre-Treatment

Raw water passes through the pre-filters, which capture sediment, chlorine and coarse contaminants and protect the membrane.

  2. Reverse Osmosis Stage

The water passes through the semi-permeable membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts, heavy metals and ions.

  3. Pure Water Stage (DI)

The reverse osmosis output passes through the pure water resin, where the remaining ions are captured and conductivity approaches zero.

  4. Storage in the 40 Litre Tank

The pure water produced collects in the 40 litre tank and waits ready for use.

  5. Use and Resin Monitoring

Conductivity is monitored as the pure water is used; when it rises the resin is renewed and the cycle continues.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Unit

When choosing the Compact Pure Water Unit, the scale of consumption, the purity target and the incoming water must be assessed correctly.

Scale of Consumption

If your daily pure water need is small to medium, this compact unit is enough; needs measured in tonnes call for a larger system.

Target Purity

The conductivity level the application requires determines resin capacity and how often maintenance is needed.

Feed Water Quality

The conductivity and ionic load of the raw water directly affect membrane and resin life.

Space and Water Source

The 40 litre tank needs suitable space, and where well water is used pre-treatment is essential.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • Conductivity should be monitored regularly; when it rises, the pure water resin must be renewed or regenerated.
  • Pre-filters should be changed periodically; it matters for protecting the membrane and maintaining pure water output.
  • Membrane performance and system pressures should be checked regularly so any drop in output is caught early.
  • Pure water can pick up ions from the air while standing; for sensitive applications, freshly produced water is recommended.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Compact Pure Water Unit do?
Using advanced reverse osmosis and a pure water stage, it filters out the heavy metals, dissolved salts and harmful substances in the water to produce laboratory-grade pure water at near-zero conductivity. Its compact form fits into small spaces.
What is the 40 litre tank for?
It stores the pure water produced and keeps it ready. When you need pure water there is no waiting for the unit to make it — it is there when you reach for it.
Is reverse osmosis alone not enough?
Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved matter, but trace ions can remain. The pure water stage (deionisation) captures those too and brings conductivity close to zero; together they produce genuine pure water.
When is the resin renewed?
The pure water resin becomes saturated with ions over time. When the conductivity of the water produced starts to rise, the resin has become saturated and must be renewed or regenerated.
Can it be used on well water?
Where well water is used there must always be a pre-treatment system ahead of the pure water unit. Loads such as sediment, iron and manganese wear the membrane and the resin down quickly.

Delivery

Confirmed when the order is placed

This product is not held in stock; it is supplied to order and the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved. Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
