Water Treatment Spare Parts

This is the widest category on the site: everything a treatment system needs over its life, from a single O-ring to a complete control valve. It covers two different kinds of item, and the difference matters when something goes wrong.

Consumable or durable spare part?

Consumables — filters, membranes, resin and salt — are used up. Their life depends on the water they treat, so they are replaced on a schedule rather than repaired, and they sit outside warranty cover.

Durable spare parts — valves, pumps and pressure tanks — are not used up. They can fail, and when they do they are covered: these carry a 2-year warranty. Faucets carry 1 year.

Mixing the two categories is a common source of confusion, so it is worth stating plainly: a membrane reaching the end of its life is not a fault, and a valve failing in its first year is.

Finding the right part

If you know the measurement, go straight to it — cartridge lengths, housing threads and membrane codes are all in the product titles. If you do not, send us a photo of the part or of the whole system on WhatsApp. We identify compatibility from the photo; we do not diagnose faults from one, because that is done on site.

Shipping and service

Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye with no minimum order — a single cartridge ships free. Items in stock arrive in 1–3 business days; anything not in stock is supplied to order and the lead time is confirmed at order approval. If you would rather we fitted the part, our service team covers all 39 districts of Istanbul and works across Türkiye.
