High-Purity Water with the Water Point Pure Water System – 100 L / H

The Water Point Pure Water System combines reverse osmosis and deionisation stages to remove the dissolved salts and ions in water. Thanks to its ion exchange resins it brings conductivity down to near zero, giving high-purity water for laboratory, medical and sensitive production processes.

01Problem & Solution

Sensitive Processes Cannot Take Ordinary Water

Problem

Ions Disrupt the Process

In sensitive fields such as laboratories, pharmaceuticals and electronics, the dissolved salts and ions in water cause residues, deposits and measurement errors. Ordinary drinking water is not pure enough for these processes.

Solution

RO + Deionization

The Water Point Pure Water System first removes contaminants by reverse osmosis, then holds back the remaining ions with ion exchange resins. The result is high-purity water with conductivity close to zero.

02Key Features

Pure, Measurable, Industrial

The Water Point Pure Water System delivers high purity with measurable and continuous output.

RO + DI Two Stages

Reverse osmosis and deionisation working together produce water of very high purity.

Ion Exchange Resin

High-capacity cation and anion resins hold back the remaining ions and purify the water.

Conductivity Meter

A gauge that continuously monitors the purity of the water lets quality be followed at a glance.

High-Capacity Membrane

A powerful membrane and carbon filters treat the water effectively before the pure water stage.

Continuous & Stable Output

Production to industrial standards gives an uninterrupted and steady supply of pure water.

Easy Resin Changes

With a manual valve and easily changed resin, maintenance is straightforward.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Water Point Pure Water System is used in technical and industrial fields that require high-purity water.

  • Laboratories
  • Pharmaceutical & Medical Manufacturing
  • Electronics Production Lines
  • The Cosmetics Industry
  • Chemical & Process Industry
  • Steam Boiler Feed Water
  • Battery & Accumulator Water
  • Precision Manufacturing Processes

05How It Works

How Does the Water Point Pure Water System Work?

  1. Pre-Treatment

Raw water passes through sediment and carbon filters, which clear it of particles and chlorine and protect the membrane.

  2. Reverse Osmosis Stage

The membrane separates most of the dissolved salts, heavy metals and contaminants from the water.

  3. Deionisation

Ion exchange resins capture the cations and anions remaining after RO and purify the water.

  4. Conductivity Is Monitored

The gauge continuously measures the conductivity of the water produced and shows its purity at a glance.

  5. Pure Water Is Stored or Used

Pure water with conductivity close to zero is taken into the tank or fed directly into the process for use.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

When choosing the Water Point Pure Water System, the purity target, capacity and feed water should be assessed.

Purity Target

The conductivity level your application requires determines the resin and the stages chosen.

Daily Capacity

Daily pure water consumption determines the membrane and resin volume and the size of the system.

Feed Water Quality

The hardness and TDS of the inlet water affect the pre-treatment needed and the life of the resin.

The Need for Continuity

Where uninterrupted production is required, capacity and tank size should be planned accordingly.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • The conductivity reading should be monitored regularly; when it starts to rise, the resin has become saturated.
  • The resins should generally be changed every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and use.
  • Servicing the pre-filter and the membrane on time preserves resin life and the consistency of the purity.
  • Pure water contains no minerals; it is for technical use and is not recommended for drinking.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Water Point Pure Water System do?
It produces high-purity water by removing the dissolved salts and ions in water through reverse osmosis and deionisation. It gives water with conductivity close to zero, used in sensitive processes such as laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical and electronics work.
How does it differ from an RO unit?
Reverse osmosis treats water under pressure; a pure water system adds deionisation (ion exchange) to that and removes the remaining ions as well. Working together, the two give far higher purity.
Can pure water be drunk?
Pure water is not recommended as drinking water because it contains no minerals. It is intended for technical and industrial processes rather than for drinking.
What is the conductivity gauge for?
It shows the purity of the water produced at a glance. When the value starts to rise, it means the resin is saturated and the time to change it is approaching.
How often are the resins changed?
It varies with use and feed water quality; renewal every 6–12 months is generally recommended. Following the conductivity is the most reliable way to establish the right time to change them.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
