Quality Water at Every Tap with the Villa Inlet Water Treatment System

The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System is a professional system installed on the main water inlet of a villa, treating all the water entering the house from a single point. It protects not only the kitchen but every point of use, including bathrooms, washing machines, dishwashers and garden lines, from limescale and residues.

01Problem & Solution

Limescale Does Not Stop at the Kitchen

Problem

Hardness Affects the Whole Plumbing System

Hard water affects not just the kitchen but the boiler, the water heater, washing machines, dishwashers, taps and pipework. A build-up of limescale shortens equipment life, while chlorine and odour reduce comfort.

Solution

Central Treatment at the Inlet

The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System treats water at the main inlet, before it spreads through the house. With softening, activated carbon and, where needed, advanced treatment stages, it protects the whole house from one point.

02Key Features

Central, Modular, Protective

The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System is designed to meet the water needs of the whole house from a single point.

Covers the Whole House

Installed at the main inlet, it delivers treated water to every point, including bathrooms, kitchen, appliances and garden lines.

Protection Against Limescale

The softening stage holds back calcium and magnesium, reducing limescale build-up in pipework and appliances.

Chlorine & Odour Removal

The activated carbon stage adsorbs the chlorine and the substances that give mains water its taste and odour.

Modular to the Source

Softening, carbon, reverse osmosis and advanced stages can be added according to whether the supply is mains, well or borehole water.

Automatic Operation

The softening stage renews itself with automatic regeneration; it needs no daily attention.

Plumbing & Appliance Life

Protection against limescale extends the life of the boiler, water heater and white goods, and reduces the risk of breakdowns.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System suits homes that want quality water throughout the house.

  • Villas
  • Detached Houses
  • Homes with Gardens
  • Hard Water Areas
  • Well and Borehole Users
  • High Water Consumption
  • Anyone Wanting to Protect Their Plumbing
  • Newly Built Villas

05How It Works

How Does the Villa Inlet Water Treatment System Work?

  1. It Is Connected to the Main Inlet

The system is installed at the villa’s main water inlet (after the meter); all the water entering the house passes through it first.

  2. Coarse Filtration

The pre-filter stage holds back coarse particles such as sand and sediment, protecting the stages that follow.

  3. Softening & Carbon

The softening stage takes out the hardness; activated carbon reduces chlorine, taste and odour.

  4. Advanced Stages (Optional)

Reverse osmosis and ultraviolet stages can be added as needed, aiming at drinking water quality and microbiological safety.

  5. It Is Distributed Through the House

The treated water is distributed to every tap, bathroom, appliance and garden line in the house.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

When choosing the Villa Inlet Water Treatment System, the water analysis, source and consumption should be assessed.

Water Analysis

Hardness, TDS and possible contaminants are measured to determine which stages are needed.

Water Source

Whether the supply is mains, well or borehole water directly affects the technology and capacity used.

Water Consumption

Household size and daily consumption determine the system’s flow and its resin or membrane capacity.

Siting & Installation

The technical space where the system will be installed, the inlet line and the drain connections should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The salt in the softening stage should be checked regularly; when it runs low, the brine tank should be refilled.
  • The pre-filter and carbon stages should be checked and replaced periodically according to water quality.
  • Where there is an RO or UV stage, the membrane and UV lamp should be renewed at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Periodic servicing matters if the system is to work efficiently for a long time and water quality is to be maintained.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Villa Inlet Water Treatment System do?
It is installed at the villa’s main water inlet and treats all the water entering the house from a single point. It protects every point, including bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and garden, from limescale, chlorine and residues.
How does it differ from an under-sink unit?
An under-sink unit only gives treated water at the kitchen tap. A villa inlet system, installed at the main inlet, treats the water reaching the whole house, and so protects the plumbing and every appliance.
Does it also give drinking water quality?
The softening and carbon stages improve the water used around the house. Where drinking water quality is the aim inside the home, a reverse osmosis stage and, where needed, an ultraviolet stage are added to the system.
Can it be used on well water too?
Yes. Where well or borehole water carries salinity, brackishness or heavy metals, an industrial reverse osmosis stage is added and the water is treated at molecular level. A water analysis is needed for the right build.
Is the same system installed in every villa?
No. Because the water source, hardness, TDS and daily consumption differ from house to house, the system is designed project by project. The stages and capacity are determined by the water analysis.

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
