Building Inlet · Whole-House Solution
The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System is a professional system installed on the main water inlet of a villa, treating all the water entering the house from a single point. It protects not only the kitchen but every point of use, including bathrooms, washing machines, dishwashers and garden lines, from limescale and residues.
01Problem & Solution
Problem
Hard water affects not just the kitchen but the boiler, the water heater, washing machines, dishwashers, taps and pipework. A build-up of limescale shortens equipment life, while chlorine and odour reduce comfort.
Solution
The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System treats water at the main inlet, before it spreads through the house. With softening, activated carbon and, where needed, advanced treatment stages, it protects the whole house from one point.
02Key Features
The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System is designed to meet the water needs of the whole house from a single point.
Installed at the main inlet, it delivers treated water to every point, including bathrooms, kitchen, appliances and garden lines.
The softening stage holds back calcium and magnesium, reducing limescale build-up in pipework and appliances.
The activated carbon stage adsorbs the chlorine and the substances that give mains water its taste and odour.
Softening, carbon, reverse osmosis and advanced stages can be added according to whether the supply is mains, well or borehole water.
The softening stage renews itself with automatic regeneration; it needs no daily attention.
Protection against limescale extends the life of the boiler, water heater and white goods, and reduces the risk of breakdowns.

03Technical Specifications
| Feature | Value | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| System Type | Building Inlet (Central) | The main problem the system solves. Pick the wrong type and the water does not improve. |
| Installation Point | Main Water Inlet (After the Meter) | |
| Stages | Softening / Carbon / RO / UV | The order of the stages. It runs from coarse sediment towards fine treatment. |
| Water Source | Mains / Well / Borehole | The inlet water quality the unit can cope with. Above this limit, pre-treatment is needed. |
| Capacity | Determined by Project | How much water the unit can handle. Choosing above your need does not strain it; choosing below it does. |
| Use | Villa / Detached House | What setting it was designed for. A domestic unit will not carry a commercial load. |
04Applications
The Villa Inlet Water Treatment System suits homes that want quality water throughout the house.
05How It Works
The system is installed at the villa’s main water inlet (after the meter); all the water entering the house passes through it first.
The pre-filter stage holds back coarse particles such as sand and sediment, protecting the stages that follow.
The softening stage takes out the hardness; activated carbon reduces chlorine, taste and odour.
Reverse osmosis and ultraviolet stages can be added as needed, aiming at drinking water quality and microbiological safety.
The treated water is distributed to every tap, bathroom, appliance and garden line in the house.
06Making the Right Choice
When choosing the Villa Inlet Water Treatment System, the water analysis, source and consumption should be assessed.
Hardness, TDS and possible contaminants are measured to determine which stages are needed.
Whether the supply is mains, well or borehole water directly affects the technology and capacity used.
Household size and daily consumption determine the system’s flow and its resin or membrane capacity.
The technical space where the system will be installed, the inlet line and the drain connections should be planned in advance.

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
