01Problem & Solution

It Is Hard to Follow How the Unit Is Doing

Problem

Filters and Faults Left in the Dark

On a conventional unit it is hard to tell the state of the filters, the quality of the water or whether anything has gone wrong. And where mains pressure is low, the unit may not work efficiently at all.

Solution

Digital Monitoring and Pumped Efficiency

The Under-Sink Digital Water Purifier lets you follow the water quality on its digital display and spot faults quickly. Its pump keeps treatment efficient even at low pressure.

05How It Works

How Does the Under-Sink Digital Water Purifier Work?

  1. Through the Pre-Filters

Mains water passes through the sediment and carbon pre-filters, which clear it of particles and chlorine and protect the membrane.

  2. The Pump Raises the Pressure

The pressure pump delivers the water to the membrane at sufficient pressure, even where the mains is low.

  3. Reverse Osmosis Treatment

The membrane lets only water molecules through, separating out dissolved salts, heavy metals and contaminants.

  4. Stored in the Tank

The treated water is stored in the 8 or 12 litre tank, ready the moment you need it.

  5. Digital Monitoring & Use

Water that has passed the final-stage filter goes to the tap, and the digital display shows the water quality and any faults.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Unit

When choosing the Under-Sink Digital Water Purifier, your water requirement, the pressure and the space must be assessed correctly.

Water Requirement

The 8 or 12 litre tank should be chosen according to your daily consumption.

Mains Pressure

In low-pressure areas the pump matters for efficient, steady treatment.

Floor Space

The space under the counter must be enough for the unit and the tank, and the dimensions should be checked in advance.

Monitoring & Convenience

For anyone who wants to follow water quality and faults, the digital display is a real advantage.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The pre-filters should generally be changed once a year and the membrane at longer intervals, and the warnings on the digital display followed.
  • The pre-carbon filter protects the membrane by removing chlorine; if it is not changed on time, the membrane’s life is shortened.
  • When the fault alarm sounds the unit should be checked, and leaks and connections reviewed periodically.
  • After a long period unused, running a few litres off to refresh the tank and the lines is recommended.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Under-Sink Digital Water Purifier do?
It treats mains water by reverse osmosis to produce clean drinking water. Its digital display lets you follow the water quality and spot faults quickly, and its pump keeps it working efficiently even at low pressure.
What does the digital display show?
It helps you follow the quality of the water and identify faults quickly. The fault alarm lets you deal with a problem straight away.
Should I choose 8 litres or 12?
It depends on your daily consumption. Eight litres is enough for a small household, while 12 suits homes and workplaces that use more.
What is the advantage of the pump?
The pump raises the mains pressure so the membrane works efficiently. In areas with low pressure in particular, it makes production steadier and faster.
How often should the filters be changed?
The interval varies with water quality and use; generally the pre-filters are changed once a year and the membrane at longer intervals. Watch the warnings on the display and any change in the taste of the water.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
