01Problem & Solution

The Cost and Burden of Bottled Water

Problem

Bottles Are a Constant Burden

Bottled water means constant ordering, paying and heavy lifting; you wait when one runs out, and the stock takes up space. Mains water, meanwhile, may not be pleasant to drink straight, with its chlorine taste, sediment and smell.

Solution

Continuous, Treated Drinking Water

The Filtered Water Dispenser connects to the mains, treats the water in five stages and serves it hot or cold. It puts an end to bottles, providing fresh, clean water continuously with nothing but filter changes.

02Key Features

Practical, Economical, Comfortable

The Filtered Water Dispenser is designed to meet the daily drinking water need in a single unit.

Five-Stage Treatment

Five stages including sediment, carbon and a reverse osmosis membrane leave the water clear and odour-free.

Hot & Cold Water

Separate reservoirs give both cold drinking water and hot water for tea and coffee.

Stainless Steel Reservoir

A stainless steel water tank preserves hygiene and gives long service.

No Bottles Needed

It runs on the mains, doing away with carrying, ordering and storing bottles.

Economical to Run

Instead of paying for bottles continuously, it meets your water need with an annual filter change.

Broad Application

It suits a wide range of settings, from homes and offices to hospitals and schools.

05How It Works

How Does the Filtered Water Dispenser Work?

  1. Water Enters from the Mains

The unit is connected to the mains; the water is routed in sequence through the filter system inside the dispenser.

  2. Pre-Filter Stages

The sediment filter captures sediment and sand, while the carbon filters capture chlorine, off-taste and odour.

  3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The water passes through the semi-permeable membrane and is treated at molecular level; heavy metals and fine contaminants are largely separated out.

  4. Storage in the Reservoir

The treated water is brought to the required temperature in the stainless steel hot and cold reservoirs and held ready.

  5. Served Hot or Cold

Depending on the tap, the water is served cold, ambient or hot; as it is used, the system produces more automatically.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Dispenser

When choosing the Filtered Water Dispenser, assess how heavily it will be used and your technical requirements carefully.

How Heavily It Is Used

The number of users and daily consumption determine the capacity and model type needed.

Your Hot Water Need

Cooling may be standard; if you need hot water for tea and coffee, choose a model with the hot water function.

Water Hardness

The water hardness in your area and the inlet TDS affect filter life and which system suits you.

Installation Space

The choice between a floor-standing and a countertop model is made from the space available and how you prefer to use it.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Hygiene

  • The filters should be changed on average once a year; that can vary with feed water quality.
  • The hot and cold reservoirs and the taps should be cleaned regularly and given an annual service for hygiene.
  • Stand the unit on a level, well-ventilated floor and keep the clearances at the back and sides open for heat.
  • The Water Point annual service package makes it easy to keep filter changes and reservoir maintenance on schedule.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

How does the Filtered Water Dispenser work?
It connects to the mains and passes the water through a five-stage filter system (including sediment, carbon and reverse osmosis). The treated water is stored in the internal reservoir and served cold, ambient or hot as required.
Is hot water standard?
Cooling is usually standard; the hot water function is added as an option on some models. A model with hot water can be chosen to suit your need.
What is the advantage over bottled water?
Because it runs on the mains it does away with carrying, ordering and storing bottles. Over time it provides fresh water for nothing but the cost of filter changes, which is a serious saving in offices and busy places in particular.
How often are the filters changed?
We recommend a filter change on average once a year; that can vary with feed water quality and how heavily it is used. A change in taste or clarity is the sign that replacement is due.
Where is it used?
In any setting that needs a continuous supply of drinking water — homes, offices, hospitals, schools, shops and waiting areas. Domestic or commercial models can be chosen according to how heavily it will be used.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
