How Does the Triple Building Inlet Filter Work?
Coarse Sediment
Water from the main line is cleared of large sediment such as sand, rust and silt in the first stage.
Activated Carbon
In the second stage the water passes through activated carbon and is cleared of chlorine, off-taste and odour.
Fine Sediment
In the third stage smaller particles are captured and the water is clarified once more.
Clean Water Is Delivered
Clear, odour-free water that has passed all three stages goes out to the building’s supply line and the plumbing is protected.

07Maintenance and Replacement
Notes That Keep It Performing
- The sediment cartridges should be changed periodically according to the sediment load, and the activated carbon cartridge according to the chlorine load.
- A marked drop in flow signals that the coarse or fine sediment stages are due for replacement, and the smell of chlorine returning that the carbon stage is.
- Check the housing gaskets when changing cartridges and keep the seals sound.

What does the Triple Building Inlet Filter do?

How does it differ from the single and twin models?
The same housing arrangement is used; the triple adds a fine sediment stage to the twin. That way coarse sediment, chlorine and odour, and fine particles are all handled together.
Does it make the water drinkable?
No. It clears household water of sediment and chlorine comprehensively but does not treat it to drinking standard. Reverse osmosis is needed for drinking water.
Does it remove limescale?
No. The sediment and carbon stages do not reduce the water’s hardness. A water softener is needed for limescale; the triple filter can be used ahead of it as protective pre-treatment.

If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty
2 years · manufacturerThe system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
Withdrawal and returns
Distance sales agreementThe right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
