Building Inlet · Three Stages · POE
The Triple Building Inlet Filter is a three-stage system fitted to the main water line; the coarse sediment stage captures large sediment, the activated carbon stage removes chlorine and odour, and the fine sediment stage captures smaller particles. Together they give the most comprehensive pre-treatment available for a building inlet.
01Problem & Solution
Problem
Where a heavy sand and silt load, the smell of chlorine and fine particles all occur together, one or two stages fall short; the water stays cloudy and smelly and wears out the plumbing.
Solution
The Triple Building Inlet Filter deals with coarse sediment, chlorine and odour, and fine particles in sequence. It gives the most comprehensive pre-treatment available for a building inlet and protects the plumbing to the highest level.
02Key Features
With its staged arrangement, the Triple Building Inlet Filter gives the widest-ranging building inlet pre-treatment.
The first stage captures large sediment such as sand, rust and silt, protecting the stages that follow.
The second stage adsorbs chlorine, off-taste and odour, raising the quality of the water.
The third stage captures smaller particles, clarifying the water once more.
The staged arrangement handles sediment, chlorine and fine particles together, giving the widest protection.
It works as an ideal protective stage ahead of advanced treatment systems.
03Technical Details
| Feature | Value | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Number of Stages | 3 | The number of treatment stages. Each stage takes out a different kind of contamination. |
| Stage 1 | Coarse Sediment | The first stage. It holds back coarse sediment and extends the life of the filters behind it. |
| Stage 2 | Activated Carbon | The second stage. It takes out chlorine, taste and odour. |
| Stage 3 | Fine Sediment | The third stage. It holds back the remaining fine sediment and organic matter. |
04Applications
The Triple Building Inlet Filter suits places with a heavy sediment and chlorine load where the most comprehensive pre-treatment is wanted.
05How It Works
Water from the main line is cleared of large sediment such as sand, rust and silt in the first stage.
In the second stage the water passes through activated carbon and is cleared of chlorine, off-taste and odour.
In the third stage smaller particles are captured and the water is clarified once more.
Clear, odour-free water that has passed all three stages goes out to the building’s supply line and the plumbing is protected.
06Making the Right Choice
When choosing the Triple Building Inlet Filter, it matters to identify your need correctly.
Where heavy sediment, chlorine and fine particles are all a problem, the triple model is the most comprehensive solution.
The number of flats and the flow rate determine the housing size and cartridge capacity.
Ahead of RO or softening it gives the widest pre-treatment and protects those systems.
If there is only sediment the single model may be more economical, and the twin where there is sediment plus chlorine.

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
