High-Pressure Pump · 600 L/h
The 600 L/h RO Pump is a rotary-type high-pressure pump that supplies the working pressure a reverse osmosis system needs to drive water through the membrane. At 600 litres an hour it keeps output steady on commercial and small to mid-scale treatment systems.
01Problem & Solution
Problem
Reverse osmosis needs a pressure above the osmotic pressure to drive water through the membrane. When the pressure falls short, output drops, the reject ratio rises and water quality suffers.
Solution
The 600 L/h RO Pump supplies the working pressure the system needs, steadily. The membrane then runs in the conditions it was designed for, and both output and treatment efficiency hold up.
02Key Features
The 600 L/h RO Pump gives uninterrupted, balanced operation in reverse osmosis systems.
A feed rate of 600 litres an hour suits commercial and mid-scale systems.
A rotary-type high-pressure pump gives even flow and steady pressure.
A solid pump body and bearing arrangement give long life in continuous duty.
It is driven by an electric motor of suitable power through a coupling or clamp connection.
Its standard connections adapt easily to existing reverse osmosis lines.
Spare parts for the pump and motor and technical service support are available from us.
03Technical Specifications
| Feature | Value | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Product Type | High-Pressure Pump | The product family it belongs to. When buying a spare, the family alone is not enough; the size and model must match too. |
| Flow Rate | 600 L/hour | How much water passes through per unit of time. A low flow rate drops the pressure when more than one tap is open. |
| Construction | Rotary Type | How the unit is put together. A compact cabinet takes little room; an open system makes servicing easier. |
| Where It Is Used | Reverse Osmosis Systems | |
| Function | Supplying Pressure | What the product does to the water. |
| Position | After Pre-Treatment | Where the unit will stand. |
04Applications
The 600 L/h RO Pump is used in reverse osmosis installations that need pressure.
05How It Works
Water that has passed the sediment and carbon stages reaches the pump’s suction line.
The electric motor drives the pump, and the rotary mechanism compresses the water to build pressure.
The pressurised water is fed into the membrane vessel and directed onto the semi-permeable film.
Under pressure the water molecules pass through the film while dissolved matter stays on the concentrate side.
A pressure switch and control valves hold the working pressure in balance with the system design.
06Making the Right Choice
When choosing the 600 L/h RO Pump, system flow, pressure requirement and motor compatibility should be assessed.
The number of membranes and the target output determine the feed rate required.
The pressure needed for mains water differs from that for well or saline applications.
A motor matched to the pump’s speed and power should be chosen, and the coupling type checked.
Pre-filtration is essential where the water carries sediment; without it, pump life is shortened.

Fitting the part falls under our service work and is subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
This product is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
