High-Capacity Treatment with the 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier

The 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier is designed to meet the heavy drinking water needs of large households, with a pump that raises the water to the pressure the reverse osmosis membrane requires and a generous 12 litre tank; it treats the water through five filter stages and produces quickly and steadily even where mains pressure is low.

01Problem & Solution

If the Tank Runs Out Too Soon

Problem

In a Busy Household the Water Cannot Keep Up

In a large family and a busy kitchen a small tank empties quickly, and you have to wait for it to refill — a wait that stretches out further where mains pressure is low.

Solution

A Bigger Tank and a Strong Pump

The 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier both stores more water in a larger tank and, thanks to its pump, fills that tank quickly and steadily.

02Key Features

A Bigger Store, Stronger Output

The 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier is designed to meet heavy consumption without interruption.

A Generous 12 Litre Tank

Storing more treated water, it comfortably covers the heavy consumption of a large household.

Efficient Pumped Treatment

The pump raises the water to the pressure the membrane needs, making treatment efficient and steady.

Suited to Low Pressure

Even where mains pressure is low, the unit produces water quickly and without trouble.

Five-Stage Filtration

Sediment, carbon, reverse osmosis and mineral stages leave the water clear, odour-free and pleasant to drink.

Less Waiting

A large tank and a pump together cut the waiting when water is drawn one glass after another.

Under-Counter Use

It fits under the sink; the 12 litre tank needs enough space and an electrical connection.

04Applications

Who Is It For?

The 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier is ideal for households and workplaces with high daily drinking water consumption.

  • Larger Families
  • Homes
  • Offices
  • Small Businesses
  • Low-Pressure Areas
  • Heavy Water Consumption
  • Roomy Under-Sink Spaces
  • An Alternative to Bottled Water

05How It Works

How Does the 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier Work?

  1. Pre-Filter Stages

Mains water first passes through the sediment and carbon filters, which capture coarse sediment, chlorine, off-taste and odour.

  2. Pressurising with the Pump

The pump comes in and raises the water to the pressure the membrane needs; output speed and efficiency both rise.

  3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The pressurised water passes through the membrane and is cleared of heavy metals and fine contaminants.

  4. Storage in the 12 Litre Tank

The treated water collects in the generous 12 litre pressure tank, ready for heavy use.

  5. Mineral Filter and Tap

On its way to the tap the water passes through the mineral filter, gaining a pleasant taste before it is served.

06Making the Right Choice

8 Litres or 12 Litres?

In choosing the 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier, how heavily you use water and the space under the sink are decisive.

Household Size

In a large family with heavy consumption, a 12 litre tank is a clear relief.

Space Under the Sink

A 12 litre tank takes up more room; where space is tight the 8 litre model is the one to choose.

Mains Pressure

Where pressure is low a pumped model is essential; a pump-free unit produces slowly in those conditions.

Access to Power

A pumped unit needs electricity, so there must be a socket under the sink.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The pre-filters and the mineral filter should generally be changed every 12 months, and sooner under heavy use.
  • The membrane lasts longer when the pre-filters are changed on time; these changes should not be neglected.
  • If the pump runs constantly or makes an unusual noise, call the technical service.
  • The first installation is best carried out by a technical service engineer; it matters for the tank, pump and water connections.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the 12 Litre Pumped Water Purifier do?
It treats mains water through a five-stage filter system and stores it in a generous 12 litre tank. Its pump raises the water to the pressure the membrane needs, producing quickly and steadily even where mains pressure is low.
How does it differ from the 8 litre model?
Both share the same pumped five-stage design; the difference is tank capacity. The 12 litre model stores more treated water and comfortably covers a large family’s heavy use, but takes up more room under the sink.
Will it fit under the sink?
A 12 litre tank needs more room than the 8 litre model. Measuring the space under the sink and confirming there is room for both unit and tank before installing is recommended.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. The pump needs the unit to have an electrical connection, so there must be a socket under the sink. Where there is no power, the pump-free model is the one to choose.
How often are the filters changed?
The pre-filters and the mineral filter are generally changed every 12 months. The interval varies with incoming water quality and how heavily the unit is used, and may be shorter with heavy consumption.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
