Water That Keeps Up at the Busiest Hour: the Café Water Purifier

The Café Water Purifier is a drinking water system in which a 300 GPD direct flow reverse osmosis unit works alongside a 12 litre metal tank. It treats the water to as much as 99%, keeps it ready in the tank, and lets you serve one order after another without waiting.

01Problem & Solution

The Water Cannot Keep Up at the Rush

Problem

The Weight of Bottles, the Slowness of Production

A café gets through water constantly, both in the drinks and at the table. Carrying bottles takes space and time, while a domestic unit cannot produce water fast enough at the rush and its tank empties quickly.

Solution

Fast Production + a Ready Tank

The Café Water Purifier produces water quickly on a 300 GPD membrane and holds it ready in a 12 litre tank. At the rush the system keeps producing while water is drawn from the tank, so service is never interrupted.

02Key Features

Fast, With Storage, Compact

The Café Water Purifier is built around the daily water rhythm of a boutique-scale business.

300 GPD Capacity

At roughly 500-1000 litres a day it covers the water needs of a boutique café.

12 Litre Metal Tank

It collects the treated water so one order after another can be served without waiting.

Direct Flow Technology

A high-GPD membrane produces water quickly, so the tank refills soon after it empties.

Reverse Osmosis Treatment

The semi-permeable membrane separates out as much as 99% of dissolved salts and fine contaminants.

Steady Pumped Operation

With pump support it produces efficiently and steadily even where mains pressure is low.

A Setup Without Bottles

It does away with carrying, storing and reordering bottled water, and frees up space in the kitchen.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Café Water Purifier suits businesses serving drinks at a medium scale.

  • Boutique Cafés
  • Tea Points
  • Patisseries & Bakeries
  • Small Restaurants
  • Office Kitchens
  • Feeding a Coffee Machine
  • Feeding a Water Dispenser
  • Anyone Giving Up Bottled Water

05How It Works

How Does the Café Water Purifier Work?

  1. The Pre-Filter Stages

Mains water passes through sediment and carbon filters, which capture sand, rust, chlorine, off-taste and odour.

  2. The Pump Pressurises

The pump raises the water to the pressure the 300 GPD membrane needs, keeping output steady.

  3. Treatment at the Membrane

The water passes through the semi-permeable membrane and is cleared of dissolved salts and fine contaminants.

  4. Storage in the 12 Litre Tank

The treated water collects in the metal tank, building a reserve ready for the rush.

  5. Delivered to Service

Water goes to the tap or to the coffee machine line, and as the tank empties the system produces more.

06Making the Right Choice

Is 300 GPD Enough for Your Café?

When choosing the Café Water Purifier, daily consumption, the rhythm of the rush and the available space should be assessed.

Daily Consumption

If your daily need is in the 500-1000 litre band this system fits; above that, choose the 500 GPD.

The Rhythm of the Rush

Where draw-off is heavy in a short window, a configuration with a larger tank should be considered.

Water Hardness

In hard water, pre-softening should be planned separately for the membrane and the coffee machine.

Installation Space

Enough space under the counter for the unit, the tank and a socket should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

With regular maintenance the Café Water Purifier runs steadily all day.

  • In commercial use the pre-filters should be changed at shorter intervals than on a domestic unit.
  • Membrane life depends on the pre-filters being changed on time; these changes should not be neglected.
  • After a long closure the tank should be drained a few times to refresh the system.
  • The first installation is best carried out by a technical service engineer; it matters for the pump, membrane and tank connections.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Café Water Purifier do?
It combines a 300 GPD reverse osmosis unit with a 12 litre tank to cover a café’s drinking and beverage water needs. It treats water quickly, keeps it ready in the tank and does away with bottled water.
Is a 12 litre tank enough for a café?
It is enough for a boutique-scale café. The system carries on producing while the tank empties, so service is never cut off. Where draw-off is very heavy in a short window, the 40 or 80 litre tank configurations are the ones to choose.
Can it be connected to a coffee machine?
Yes, the treated water can be fed to the coffee machine line. In hard water, a pre-softening stage should be considered separately to protect the machine from limescale.
How often are the filters changed?
In commercial use the pre-filters are changed at shorter intervals than on a domestic unit. The exact interval is set by incoming water quality and daily consumption.
What is the advantage over bottled water?
Because it treats mains water on the spot, carrying, storing and reordering disappear. It frees up kitchen space, and the more water you use the lower the unit cost stays against bottled water.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
