The 5 micron sediment filter holds back sand, sediment and visible particles, clearing the water of coarse contamination first.
GAC Carbon Stage

CTO Carbon Block Stage
The carbon block captures remaining chlorine and organic compounds more finely and protects the membrane.

Can I change the filters myself?
