Full Efficiency for Your System with the 300 GPD Pump

The 300 GPD Pump is a booster pump that raises mains water pressure in direct-flow reverse osmosis systems so the membrane can work at its designed efficiency. In areas with low water pressure in particular, it markedly improves both output and treatment performance.

01Problem & Solution

Low Pressure Lowers Efficiency

Problem

The Membrane Is Not Getting Enough Pressure

When mains pressure is low, a reverse osmosis membrane cannot work under the conditions it was designed for. Output falls, the proportion of water going to drain rises, and the system performs below expectations.

Solution

The Heart That Raises the Pressure

The 300 GPD Pump raises the inlet pressure so the system runs at its highest efficiency. The tank fills faster, production is steady and water quality stays consistent.

02Key Features

Powerful, Compatible, Quiet

The 300 GPD Pump is a steady source of pressure for high-capacity treatment systems.

Pressure Boosting

By raising mains water pressure it lets the membrane work efficiently.

300 GPD Compatibility

Sized for the needs of 300 GPD direct-flow systems.

High Output Flow

Steady pressure lets the system produce faster and keep up with heavy consumption.

It Balances the Drain Water

In a system running at the right pressure, the proportion of water going to drain stays better balanced.

Compact Layout

Its compact body suits under-sink and in-cabinet installations.

Easy Replacement

With standard connections it fits straightforwardly in place of a failed pump.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The 300 GPD Pump is used in reverse osmosis installations that need pressure support.

  • Direct-Flow RO Systems
  • Commercial Systems
  • Cafés & Restaurants
  • Offices
  • Low Mains Pressure
  • Upper-Floor Flats
  • Pump Replacement / Failure
  • Service & Installation Engineers

05How It Works

How Does the 300 GPD Pump Work?

  1. It Draws Water from the Pre-Filters

Water that has passed the sediment and carbon stages reaches the pump’s suction line.

  2. It Raises the Pressure

The pump starts and brings the water pressure up to the level the membrane needs.

  3. It Feeds the Membrane

The pressurised water is fed to the reverse osmosis membrane and separation takes place efficiently.

  4. The Switch Controls It

The pressure switch stops the pump when the system is full and starts it again when water is drawn.

  5. Steady Production Continues

Constant pressure lets the system produce treated water at a steady rate throughout the day.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Pump

When choosing the 300 GPD Pump, consider the system capacity, the pressure and connection compatibility.

System Capacity

The pump must match the system’s membrane capacity; 500 GPD systems need a different model.

Mains Pressure

In low-pressure areas a pump is all but essential for efficiency.

Connections & Electrics

Tube size and the transformer and pressure switch connections must match your system.

System Type

Pump requirements differ between direct-flow and tank systems; the installation is planned accordingly.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Extend Its Life

  • Never run the pump dry; running without water can damage it permanently.
  • Replace the pre-filters on time; a clogged filter strains the pump and shortens its life.
  • To stop the pump cycling on and off, check the pressure switch and the tube connections.
  • If you notice unusual noise, vibration or a leak, stop the system and check it.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the 300 GPD Pump do?
It raises the inlet pressure in a reverse osmosis system so the membrane works efficiently. Output rises, the tank fills faster and water quality stays consistent.
Does the pump treat the water?
No. The filter stages and the membrane do the treating; the pump only provides the pressure needed. But if the pressure is inadequate, treatment efficiency falls with it.
Does every system need a pump?
Where mains pressure is adequate, pumpless models will work. But in low-pressure areas and with high-capacity membranes, a pump is recommended.
How does it differ from a 500 GPD pump?
Pumps are sized to the membrane capacity they will work with. This model suits 300 GPD systems; 500 GPD systems call for a higher-flow pump.
Will it fit my existing system?
With its standard connections it adapts to most under-sink reverse osmosis systems. Before replacing, we recommend checking tube size and compatibility with the transformer and pressure switch.

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

Consumable

This product is classed as a consumable or spare part; because its life depends on use, it is not covered by warranty. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are replaced — just get in touch with us.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
