01Problem & Solution

Quiet and Capacity Together

Problem

A Small Tank Falls Short, and a Pump Is Not Wanted

In a busy household a small tank empties quickly. But the running noise and power requirement of a pumped unit are not welcome in every kitchen, and there may be no socket under the sink.

Solution

Silent Operation, a Generous Store

The 12 Litre Pump-Free Water Purifier runs silently with no electricity and no pump, and its generous 12 litre tank comfortably covers heavy consumption.

02Key Features

Silent, Generous, Economical

The 12 Litre Pump-Free Water Purifier is designed to meet heavy consumption silently and with little maintenance.

A Generous 12 Litre Tank

Storing more treated water, it covers the heavy consumption of a large household.

No Electricity Required

It runs on mains water pressure alone, giving flexibility in installation with no need for a socket.

Completely Silent

With no pump there is no running noise, so it makes no disturbing sound in the kitchen.

Five-Stage Filtration

Sediment, carbon, reverse osmosis and mineral stages leave the water clear, odour-free and pleasant to drink.

Low Maintenance

With no pump there are fewer components to fail, so both the maintenance burden and its cost are low.

Economical to Run

Consuming no electricity keeps running costs low; all it needs is a filter change.

04Applications

  • Larger Families
  • Homes
  • Offices
  • Anyone Who Wants Quiet
  • Under-Sink Spaces with No Socket

05How It Works

How Does the 12 Litre Pump-Free Water Purifier Work?

  1. Fed by Mains Pressure

The unit is fed by mains water pressure alone, with no pump and no electricity, and runs silently.

  2. Pre-Filter Stages

The water passes through sediment and carbon filters, which capture coarse sediment, chlorine, off-taste and odour and protect the membrane.

  3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The water then passes through the semi-permeable membrane, which removes the great majority of heavy metals and fine contaminants.

  4. Storage in the 12 Litre Tank

The treated water collects in the generous 12 litre pressure tank, ready for heavy use.

  5. Mineral Filter and Tap

On its way to the tap the water passes through the mineral filter, gaining a pleasant taste, and is served silently.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Model

In choosing the 12 Litre Pump-Free Water Purifier, mains pressure and the space under the sink are decisive.

Mains Pressure

If the pressure is adequate the pump-free model is ideal; if it is low, choose the pumped model.

How Heavily You Use It

In a large family a 12 litre tank is a relief; in a small household 8 litres is enough.

Space Under the Sink

A 12 litre tank takes up more room, so measure the space before installing.

How Much Quiet Matters

If you do not want running noise in the kitchen, the pump-free design is a clear advantage.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • The pre-filters and the mineral filter should generally be changed every 12 months, and sooner under heavy use.
  • The membrane lasts longer when the pre-filters are changed on time; these changes should not be neglected.
  • A drop in production speed usually points either to falling mains pressure or to filters that have filled.
  • The first installation is best carried out by a technical service engineer; it matters for the tank and water connections.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the 12 Litre Pump-Free Water Purifier do?
It treats mains water through a five-stage filter system and stores it in a generous 12 litre tank. It runs on mains pressure alone, with no electricity and no pump — a silent, low-maintenance drinking water solution.
How does it differ from the 8 litre model?
Both run without electricity and in silence; the difference is tank capacity. The 12 litre model stores more treated water and covers a large family’s heavy use, but takes up more room under the sink.
Does it need electricity?
No. The unit needs no electricity and runs without a pump, so it can be installed even where there is no socket under the sink, and it uses no power at all.
What if my mains pressure is low?
A pump-free unit depends on pressure, so at low pressure output slows and the large tank fills more slowly. Where pressure is inadequate, the pumped 12 litre model is the more efficient choice.
Will it fit under the sink?
A 12 litre tank needs more room than the 8 litre model. Measuring the space under the sink and confirming there is room for both unit and tank before installing is recommended.

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
