Whole-House Water Treatment System

The Whole-House Water Treatment System is a professional installation for detached houses and villas where drinking water quality is wanted at every tap in the house; a complete solution in which four units — water softening, reverse osmosis, a pH filter and ultraviolet — work together, it feeds the entire house at 5,000 litres a day.

01Problem & Solution

One Tap Is Not Enough

Problem

Only the Kitchen Gets Treated

An under-sink unit treats one tap in the kitchen and nothing else. In the bathroom, the laundry and everywhere else, limescale, chlorine and microbiological risk carry on exactly as before, and neither the plumbing nor the white goods are protected.

Solution

Complete Treatment at the Point of Entry

The Whole-House Water Treatment System brings four stages together at the point of entry. Limescale, dissolved matter, pH balance and microorganisms are all handled in one system, and every tap in the house is fed from it.

02Key Features

Four Stages, One System

The Whole-House Water Treatment System is designed to bring drinking water quality to every point in the house.

The Softening Stage

Cationic resin removes the hardness, protecting the plumbing, the boiler and the white goods from scaling.

Reverse Osmosis Stage

A semi-permeable membrane removes the great majority of dissolved salts, heavy metals and fine contaminants.

The pH Filter Stage

It balances the pH of the treated water, giving water that is well balanced and pleasant to drink.

The Ultraviolet Stage

The UV unit at the final stage inactivates the microorganisms in the water without chemicals.

5,000 Litres a Day

With the capacity to feed every tap in the house, it covers daily water needs without interruption.

The Same Quality at Every Tap

The kitchen, the bathroom and every other point of use all get the same treated water quality.

04Applications

Who Is It For?

The Whole-House Water Treatment System is ideal for anyone who wants high water quality at every point in the house.

  • Detached Houses
  • Villas
  • Country Houses
  • Hard Water Areas
  • Larger Families
  • Anyone Done with Bottled Water
  • Newly Built Villas
  • Protecting Plumbing & Appliances

05How It Works

How Does the Whole-House Water Treatment System Work?

  1. Stage 1: Water Softening

Water entering the house reaches the softener first; calcium and magnesium are captured by the resin and the hardness removed.

  2. Stage 2: Reverse Osmosis

The softened water passes through the membrane, separating out the great majority of dissolved salts, heavy metals and fine contaminants.

  3. Stage 3: pH Filter

The pH of the treated water is balanced, leaving it better balanced and more pleasant to drink.

  4. Stage 4: Ultraviolet Treatment

At the final stage the UV unit inactivates the microorganisms in the water without chemicals.

  5. Distribution to Every Tap

The treated water goes into the house’s plumbing, and the same quality flows from every tap, kitchen to bathroom.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

When installing the Whole-House Water Treatment System, the water analysis, consumption and available space must be assessed correctly.

Incoming Water Analysis

The hardness, conductivity and contamination load of the water directly determine how the stages are sized.

Daily Consumption

The number of people in the house and daily water use must suit the 5,000 litre capacity.

Water Source

Where well water is used, additional pre-treatment may be needed for sediment, iron and manganese.

Space and Tanks

The space needed for the four units and the tanks, the water inlet and the drain line should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep the System Running

  • The salt level at the softening stage should be checked regularly and topped up as it falls.
  • The pre-filters and the pH filter should be changed periodically; it matters for protecting the membrane and maintaining water quality.
  • The lamp at the ultraviolet stage should generally be changed once a year, and the quartz sleeve kept clean.
  • Installation and commissioning should be carried out by a technical service engineer; getting the four units in the right order is critical.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Whole-House Water Treatment System do?
Installed at the point of entry in a detached house or villa, it delivers drinking water quality from every tap. It is a complete system made up of water softening, reverse osmosis, a pH filter and an ultraviolet stage.
How does it differ from an under-sink unit?
An under-sink unit treats one tap in the kitchen. This system is installed at the point of entry and delivers the same treated water quality in the kitchen, the bathroom and every other point of use, while also protecting the plumbing and white goods from limescale.
Why does it take four separate units?
Each type of contamination is dealt with by a different stage: softening for hardness, reverse osmosis for dissolved matter, a pH filter for balance and ultraviolet for microorganisms. No single unit can do all of it.
What is its capacity?
The system is rated at 5,000 litres a day and can feed every tap in the house. The capacity should be assessed against the household’s daily consumption and the number of people.
Can it be used on well water?
It can be, but if the well water carries sediment, iron or manganese, additional pre-treatment stages must be added ahead of the system. A raw water analysis is needed for that.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
