01Problem & Solution

One Cartridge Cannot Handle High Flow

Problem

A Single Housing Blocks Quickly

On high-flow industrial lines a single-cartridge housing fills quickly, needs frequent changes and causes pressure loss. Plastic housings also prove fragile under high pressure and continuous use.

Solution

Parallel Cartridges, a Solid Housing

The Multi-Cartridge Filter meets high flow by running several cartridges in parallel and extends filter life. Its 304 stainless housing withstands high pressure and gives hygienic, long-lasting service.

02Key Features

Powerful, Durable, Flexible

The Multi-Cartridge Filter is built around a solid, flexible design for high-flow industrial filtration needs.

Multi-Cartridge Design

Running several cartridges in parallel meets high flow and raises total filtration capacity.

304 Stainless Steel Body

The 304 stainless steel housing withstands high pressure, resists corrosion and keeps the system hygienic.

PP Material

Polypropylene internals give filtration that is safe in contact with water and chemically stable.

Long Filter Life

With the load shared across several cartridges, they fill more slowly and the change interval lengthens.

Flexible Cartridge Choice

Cartridges of different micron ratings and types adapt it to sediment removal or pre-filtration as required.

Easy Maintenance

The cover opens for quick cartridge changes; maintenance is fast and accessible.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Multi-Cartridge Filter is ideal for industrial and commercial lines that need high-flow filtration and pre-treatment.

  • Factories
  • Industrial Plants
  • Pre-Filtration Ahead of RO
  • Hotels & Housing Estates
  • Food & Beverage Lines
  • High-Flow Lines
  • Process Water Filtration
  • Sediment Pre-Trap

05How It Works

How Does the Multi-Cartridge Filter Work?

  1. Water Enters the Housing

High-flow water from the line is taken in through the inlet of the stainless steel housing.

  2. Parallel Distribution to the Cartridges

The water is distributed in parallel across the several cartridges inside the housing, so high flow is met with little pressure loss.

  3. Filtration Through the Cartridges

As the water passes through each cartridge, sediment and particles are captured according to the cartridge’s micron rating.

  4. Clear Water Out

The filtered water is collected at the housing outlet and sent on to the process line or to the next treatment stage.

  5. Cartridge Replacement

When the cartridges fill, pressure loss rises; the cover is opened and the cartridges renewed so filtration continues.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right Filter

When choosing the Multi-Cartridge Filter, flow rate, cartridge count and filtration rating need to be assessed correctly.

Flow Requirement

The line’s hourly flow rate determines how many cartridges and what housing size are needed.

Filtration Rating

The particle size to be captured, in microns, determines the type of cartridge to use.

Purpose of Treatment

A PP cartridge is used for sediment and a carbon cartridge for chlorine and odour; the purpose determines the choice.

Pressure and Connection

Working pressure and line connection diameter should be assessed in advance when selecting the housing.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep It Performing

  • Cartridges should be changed periodically according to the sediment load of the incoming water, and it is recommended that all of them be renewed at the same time.
  • A rising pressure differential between inlet and outlet shows that the cartridges have filled and it is time to change them.
  • The cover gasket should be checked every time the housing is opened and renewed if damaged, to keep the seal sound.
  • This housing is for sediment and particles; hardness calls for water softening, and fine treatment for reverse osmosis.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Multi-Cartridge Filter do?
It filters high-flow water by running several filter cartridges in parallel inside a single stainless housing. It captures the sediment and particles in the water and provides pre-filtration on industrial lines and ahead of reverse osmosis.
Why use multiple cartridges?
A single cartridge cannot cope with high flow and fills quickly. A multi-cartridge arrangement spreads the flow across several cartridges, giving high capacity with little pressure loss and extending cartridge life.
Why is the housing stainless steel?
A 304 stainless steel housing withstands high working pressure, resists corrosion and keeps the system hygienic. That makes it far longer-lasting and safer than plastic housings in industrial use.
What does it remove, and what does it not?
Filtration depends on the cartridge fitted. A sediment cartridge captures sand, sediment and particles; a carbon cartridge removes chlorine and odour. This housing does not, however, reduce hardness (limescale) or remove salinity.
When are the cartridges changed?
It depends on the sediment load of the incoming water. A rising pressure differential between inlet and outlet shows the cartridges have filled and it is time to change them; renewing them all at once is recommended.

Delivery

Across Türkiye · 1–3 business days

Products in stock ship free anywhere in Türkiye and arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock are supplied to order — the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
