Capped Dispenser Adapter

The capped dispenser adapter is a compact, reservoir-free fitting that sits where the bottle would go on a bottled water dispenser and connects to a water treatment unit; it removes the need to put a bottle on the dispenser, brings water through automatically from the treatment unit as the level falls, and prevents overflow with a float system.

01Problem & Solution

Switch Without Changing the Dispenser

Problem

Bottled Water Is a Cycle That Never Ends

Ordering bottles, carrying them, lifting them onto the dispenser and collecting the empties is a burden that repeats endlessly. Throwing out a perfectly good dispenser and buying a new one is an unnecessary expense.

Solution

A Simple Fitting Converts It

The capped dispenser adapter goes in place of the bottle and connects to a water treatment unit. Your dispenser becomes a bottle-free unit fed by treated water, and its compact, reservoir-free form takes up no space.

02Key Features

Simple, Automatic, Economical

The capped dispenser adapter is the simplest, most compact way to free an existing dispenser from bottles.

No Bottle Needed

Fitted where the bottle would go, it removes carrying, lifting and stock-keeping.

Compact, Reservoir-Free

There is no extra storage reservoir; it feeds directly in a simple form that takes up no room.

Automatic Float Valve

When the dispenser is full it shuts off the water from the treatment unit, so it fills itself with no risk of overflow.

A Continuous Supply

As the level in the dispenser falls, water comes through from the treatment unit — an arrangement that fills itself without interruption.

Keeps Your Existing Dispenser

It lets you move to a treated water system without throwing out the dispenser you have, with no cost of a new unit.

Easy Installation

It sits in the bottle cradle and connects to the treatment unit, with no complicated modification required.

05How It Works

How Does the Capped Dispenser Adapter Work?

  1. Fitted in Place of the Bottle

The adapter sits in the cradle where the bottle would rest, and bottles are no longer used.

  2. Connection to the Treatment Unit

The adapter connects to the treatment unit’s outlet line, and treated water now comes directly from there.

  3. Direct Feed

With no reservoir of its own, the treated water passes straight into the dispenser’s own tank with nothing in between.

  4. The Float Shuts the Water Off

Once the dispenser is full the float steps in and shuts off the water from the treatment unit.

  5. Automatic Refilling

As the level falls the float opens again and water comes through from the treatment unit; the system fills itself.

06Making the Right Choice

What Determines the Right Adapter

When choosing the capped dispenser adapter, dispenser compatibility, storage needs and the treatment unit must be assessed correctly.

Dispenser Compatibility

The adapter should be chosen to fit the bottle cradle of a bottled water dispenser.

Storage Requirement

If no extra storage is needed the capped (reservoir-free) version is enough; if a buffer is wanted, choose the version with a reservoir.

Treatment Unit

The adapter does not treat water; the quality reaching the dispenser depends on the treatment unit it is connected to.

Distance and Connection

Hose and fittings should be planned to suit the distance between the treatment unit and the dispenser.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes for Trouble-Free Use

  • Check regularly that the float is working correctly; a faulty float can cause an overflow.
  • The surfaces of the adapter and dispenser that come into contact with water should be cleaned periodically; hygiene should never be neglected.
  • The connecting hose and fittings should be checked for leaks, and any leak dealt with straight away.
  • Water quality depends on the treatment unit, and its filter changes should be made on time.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the capped dispenser adapter do?
It fits where the bottle goes on a bottled water dispenser and connects to a water treatment unit. There is no longer any need to put a bottle on the dispenser; water arrives automatically from the treatment unit as the level falls.
How does it differ from the adapter with a reservoir?
The capped adapter has no reservoir; there is no extra water storage and it passes the treated water straight to the dispenser. The version with a reservoir includes additional storage, adding buffer capacity on top of the dispenser’s own tank.
Will the dispenser overflow?
No. The float in the adapter shuts off the water from the treatment unit automatically once the dispenser is full, which prevents the dispenser from overflowing.
Does it treat the water?
No. The adapter does not treat water; it simply carries the water from the treatment unit to the dispenser and controls the level. Water quality depends on the treatment unit it is connected to.
Will it work on my existing dispenser?
Yes, if you have a bottled water dispenser and the adapter fits its bottle cradle. Your existing unit becomes a treated water system with no need to replace it; confirming compatibility in advance is recommended.
