How Does Wastewater Treatment Work?
Collecting the Wastewater
Wastewater from the facility is transferred by the submersible feed pump to the system’s reactor section.
Aeration and Biological Treatment
The blower and disc air diffusers supply oxygen to the reactor, and microorganisms break down the organic load.
Settling and Separation
The solid sludge in the treated water is settled out and separated from the clear water, and the process continues steadily.
Chlorine Dosing
The chlorine dosing pump comes in to give the treated water its final treatment and prepare it for discharge.
Discharge or Reuse
The treated water is discharged within the limits by the submersible discharge pump, and the PLC manages the whole cycle.

Installation and commissioning
Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibilityThe system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty
2 years · manufacturerThe system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Free when the system is bought from usThe site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.
