Direct Flow · 500 GPD · Commercial
The 500 GPD Direct Flow Water Purifier is built to meet the needs of busy places where drinking water is consumed frequently; direct flow technology treats water quickly, while flexible installation options and an optional tank cover instant demand with ease.
01Problem & Solution
Problem
In busy places such as cafés, restaurants, schools and factories, the low-GPD membrane of a domestic unit falls short; water is produced only slowly into a tank, and under heavy use that tank empties fast.
Solution
The 500 GPD Direct Flow Water Purifier produces water far faster thanks to its high-capacity membrane. Direct flow technology covers high instant demand, and an optional tank adds storage where it is needed.
02Key Features
The 500 GPD Direct Flow Water Purifier is designed to meet heavy drinking water consumption efficiently and flexibly.
At roughly 1000-1500 litres a day it meets the needs of busy, high-consumption environments.
Treating water quickly covers instant demand and keeps fresh water flowing without depending on a large tank.
With 500 GPD pump support it treats water steadily and efficiently even where mains pressure is low.
Suitable for use either on or under the counter, it fits easily into different spaces.
A water tank can be added as required, giving extra storage flexibility when instant demand is high.
Sediment, carbon and reverse osmosis stages leave the water clear, odour-free and pleasant to drink.

03Technical Specifications
| Feature | Value | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Unit Type | Direct Flow RO (Commercial) | Where it is installed and how it produces water. An under-counter domestic unit and a commercial one do not run on the same line. |
| Membrane | 500 GPD (5×100 GPD) | The reverse osmosis membrane. This is the part that decides how pure the water is. |
| Daily Output | ~1000-1500 L | How much treated water it produces in a day. |
| Pre-Filters | 20" Sediment + GAC + CTO | |
| Pump | 500 GPD | The unit that provides pressure. It is needed where mains pressure is low. |
| Tank | Optional (e.g. 80 L) | The unit’s reservoir. In a crowded household a large tank makes life easier. |
| Weight | 20 kg | Product weight. For wall mounting, the supporting surface is chosen accordingly. |
| Dimensions | 27 × 45 × 80 cm | The outer dimensions of the unit. The cabinet or plant room has to be wider than this. |
04Applications
The 500 GPD Direct Flow Water Purifier is ideal for businesses and institutions with heavy drinking water consumption.
05How It Works
Mains water first passes through 20″ sediment and carbon (GAC/CTO) filters, which capture coarse sediment, chlorine, off-taste and odour.
The 500 GPD pump raises the water to the pressure the high-capacity membrane needs, enabling fast production.
The water passes through the 5×100 GPD membrane and is cleared of the great majority of heavy metals, salts and fine contaminants.
The treated water passes through an inline post-carbon filter for taste and is delivered quickly to the tap.
Water is used instantly through direct flow; under heavy consumption the optional tank steps in to provide extra storage.
06Making the Right Choice
When choosing the 500 GPD Direct Flow Water Purifier, consumption, tank and installation requirements must be assessed correctly.
Your daily drinking water requirement must suit the 500 GPD capacity; a much larger requirement calls for a bigger model.
Where instant consumption is heavy, the size of the optional tank should be set by how heavy it is.
The pump works at low pressure too, but the incoming water conditions should still be assessed in advance.
Space and access to a power point should be planned according to over- or under-counter placement and any tank fitted.

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.
