Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit

The Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit is a complete system that brings well and artesian water up to a usable standard in businesses with high daily consumption; treating the water through chlorine dosing, automatic sand and carbon, flow-controlled softening and ultraviolet stages, it also protects the plumbing, the boiler and the production equipment from limescale and sediment.

01Problem & Solution

Untreated Well Water Is Expensive for a Business

Problem

A Running Cost You Never See

Untreated well water scales up boilers and water heaters, raises energy consumption, blocks machines and nozzles and pushes up detergent and chemical use. What follows is unplanned downtime and equipment replacement.

Solution

Complete Treatment at Business Scale

The Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit treats the water from the well stage by stage. Limescale, sediment, odour and microbiological risk are dealt with, equipment lasts longer and energy and chemical costs fall.

02Key Features

High Flow, Low Running Costs

The Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit is put together to run continuously and economically in businesses that use a lot of water.

Built for High Flow

The equipment sizes are engineered from the business’s hourly flow and daily consumption.

Equipment Protection

Protecting boilers, water heaters, machines and nozzles from limescale and sediment extends their life.

Energy and Chemical Savings

Scale-free water improves heating efficiency and markedly reduces detergent and chemical consumption.

Fully Automatic Operation

The sand and carbon units backwash themselves and the softener regenerates automatically, so maintenance drops to a minimum.

The Ultraviolet Stage

The UV unit at the final stage inactivates the microorganisms in the water without chemicals.

A Site Survey and Analysis

A raw water analysis and a site survey produce a system designed for that business.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit is designed for businesses with high daily water consumption.

  • Factories
  • Hotels & Facilities
  • Carpet & Car Washing
  • Laundries
  • Complex & Apartment Inlets
  • Agriculture & Livestock
  • Process Water Lines
  • Sites on Artesian Water

05How It Works

How Does the Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit Work?

  1. Chlorine Dosing

Chlorine is dosed under control into the raw water coming from the well; suspended matter settles out and microbiological safety is delivered.

  2. Automatic Sand Unit

Sand, silt, rust and turbidity are captured, and the unit backwashes itself clean and holds its efficiency.

  3. Automatic Activated Carbon

The remaining chlorine, off-taste, odour, colour and organic contaminants are adsorbed in the carbon bed.

  4. Flow-Controlled Softening

The hardness that runs high in well water is removed by resin that regenerates on actual consumption.

  5. Ultraviolet and Use

The UV stage inactivates the microorganisms, and the water goes out to the business’s utility and process lines.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

In engineering the Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit, the analysis, the flow rate and the intended use are decisive.

Raw Water Analysis

Hardness, iron, manganese, turbidity and microbiological readings determine which stages are chosen.

Hourly Flow Rate

The business’s flow at peak hours directly affects the vessel sizes and the resin volume.

Intended Use

Whether the water is for utility, process or drinking use changes the level of treatment required.

Tank and Space

Space for the raw water tank, the treated water tank and the equipment should be planned in advance.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Keep the System Running

  • The salt level at the softening stage should be checked regularly; heavy consumption means more salt used.
  • The activated carbon should be renewed periodically, and the backwash settings on the sand and carbon units checked.
  • The lamp at the ultraviolet stage should generally be changed once a year, and the quartz sleeve kept clean.
  • Well water quality can change with the seasons; system performance should be confirmed by periodic analysis.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What does the Industrial Well Water Treatment Unit do?
In businesses with high daily consumption it treats well and artesian water through a staged process. Limescale, sediment, odour, organic contaminants and microorganisms are removed and the water brought up to a usable standard.
What does it gain the business?
Scale-free water improves heating efficiency in boilers and water heaters, lowers energy consumption, cuts blockages in machines and nozzles, and markedly reduces detergent and chemical use. Unplanned downtime and the cost of replacing equipment both fall.
Why is a water analysis needed first?
Every well’s water is different. Building the right system means knowing the raw water analysis report and the daily volume to be used; the choice of stages, the vessel sizes and the resin volume follow from that data.
What units make up the system?
The complete system consists of chlorine dosing, a fully automatic sand unit, a fully automatic activated carbon unit, flow-controlled water softening and an ultraviolet unit. The final combination is built from the business’s own analysis.
Is treated well water drinkable?
A correctly designed system brings well water up to a usable standard. For drinking use, the target level of treatment must be defined in the project and the result confirmed by a microbiological analysis.

Confirmed when the order is placed

This product is not held in stock; it is supplied to order and the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved. Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Site Survey

Free when the system is bought from us

The site survey is free when the system is purchased from us. A survey fee of ₺2,000 applies if you request the survey and measurement only.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
