How Does the Industrial Twin Water Softener Work?

Tank One in Service
Hard water enters the cationic resin bed of the vessel in service and is softened before going out to the facility.

Flow Tracking
The Clack digital flow-controlled valve counts the water passing through and calculates when the resin will be exhausted.

When the resin is exhausted the valve brings the second vessel into service instantly, and the flow of soft water is never broken.

If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty
2 years · manufacturerThe system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
