Laboratory-Grade Purity with the 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System – 10 L/h

The 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System brings advanced reverse osmosis and deionization together; it removes heavy metals and dissolved ions, bringing conductivity down to almost 0 µS/cm, and keeps high-purity water ready in its 40 litre tank.

01Problem & Solution

Sensitive Applications Cannot Tolerate Ordinary Water

Problem

The Risk of High Conductivity

In laboratory, autoclave and medical applications, dissolved ions in the water distort sensitive results and damage equipment. Ordinary drinking water — and even standard reverse osmosis on its own — cannot reach this level of purity.

Solution

Two-Stage RO + DI Treatment

The 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System treats water in two stages: first reverse osmosis, then the deionization unit. It brings conductivity down to almost 0 µS/cm, producing laboratory-grade water.

02Key Features

Laboratory Purity, Compact Body

The 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System is built with high-quality components for medical and industrial applications that demand high purity.

Two-Stage Treatment

Reverse osmosis comes first, then the deionization unit; together the two stages produce laboratory-grade pure water.

Purity for Medical Use

It reaches the high purity level that hospital, clinic and laboratory applications require.

40 Litre Tank Storage

Its 40 litre tank keeps the pure water produced ready and gives uninterrupted access under heavy use.

5–6 Stage Filtration

A multi-stage filter arrangement treats the water in steps, taking it to the highest purity.

Compact Design

Its compact build takes up little space, and installation and maintenance are straightforward.

Dependable Performance

High-quality components deliver steady, uninterrupted pure water production.

03Technical Specifications

System Details

Feature Value What it does
Tank 40 Litres The unit’s reservoir. In a crowded household a large tank makes life easier.
Technology RO + Deionization The treatment technology used. Reverse osmosis takes out salts and heavy metals; carbon takes out taste and odour.
Conductivity 0 µS/cm A measure of the dissolved matter in the water. The closer to zero, the purer it is.
Use Laboratory / Industry What setting it was designed for. A domestic unit will not carry a commercial load.
Filter 5–6 Stages The filter arrangement used.
Warranty 2 Years The manufacturer’s warranty period. Consumables are outside the warranty.

04Applications

Where Is It Used?

The 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System suits medical, scientific and industrial applications that require high-purity water.

  • Hospitals & Clinics
  • Laboratories
  • Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Dentistry
  • Industrial Production
  • Autoclave Feed
  • Analytical Instruments
  • R&D Centres

05How It Works

How Does the 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System Work?

  1. Pre-Filtration

Sediment and carbon filters capture sediment, particles and chlorine, protecting the membrane and preparing the water for treatment.

  2. Reverse Osmosis Stage

The semi-permeable membrane rejects salinity and heavy metals at a high rate, greatly lowering TDS.

  3. Deionization Unit

The DI resin captures the ions remaining after the membrane and brings conductivity down to almost 0 µS/cm.

  4. Storage in the 40 Litre Tank

The high-purity water produced is collected in the 40 litre tank and kept ready for use.

  5. Pure Water Ready for Use

Water drawn from the tank goes straight to the instrument, autoclave or point of use; as the tank depletes, production continues.

06Making the Right Choice

What Decides the Right System

Purity Requirement

The conductivity level your application targets is the basic criterion that makes an RO + DI solution necessary.

Daily Capacity

Your daily pure water consumption determines how the tank volume and production capacity are scaled.

Field of Use

Laboratory, medical or industrial use affects the system’s requirements and configuration.

Feed Water Quality

The TDS of the mains water directly affects both production efficiency and DI resin life.

07Maintenance and Use

Notes That Preserve Purity

  • When the product-water conductivity rises from 0 to 10 µS/cm the DI resin is saturated and must be replaced; depending on water quality this takes between 6 months and 2 years.
  • Replace the pre-filters (sediment and carbon) on time; they protect the membrane and the DI resin.
  • Follow purity regularly with a TDS/conductivity meter to keep performance under control.
  • The pure water produced is for medical and industrial purposes; because the minerals have been removed, it is not recommended as drinking water over the long term.

08Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

How does the 40 Litre Tank Pure Water System differ from an ordinary RO system?
In addition to reverse osmosis it carries deionization (DI) resin. Where an ordinary RO system treats at 95–99%, this system brings the water’s conductivity down to almost 0 µS/cm. That purity is essential for laboratory, autoclave and medical applications.
Can pure water be drunk?
Technically it can be drunk, but not over the long term; minerals such as calcium and magnesium have been removed entirely. Pure water systems are used for medical and industrial purposes.
When should the DI resin be replaced?
When the product-water conductivity rises from 0 to 10 µS/cm the resin is saturated. Depending on water quality this takes between 6 months and 2 years, and it is followed with a TDS meter. Water Point supplies replacement resin.
Where is it used?
It suits every application that demands high purity, such as hospitals and clinics, laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry, dentistry and industrial production.
How long is the warranty?
It is covered by a 2-year warranty. Its high-quality components deliver steady performance over a long life.

Delivery

Confirmed when the order is placed

This product is not held in stock; it is supplied to order and the lead time is confirmed to you when the order is approved. Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is a service · plumbing is the customer’s responsibility

The system is delivered ready to install; it only needs to be connected to the inlet and outlet lines. If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

2 years · manufacturer

The system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.

Withdrawal and returns

Distance sales agreement

The right of withdrawal and the return terms are set out in detail in the distance sales agreement. Systems that have been installed and commissioned, and made-to-order products, are outside its scope.

Cancellation and return terms

How can we help?

Two different requests, two different forms.

The two forms ask different things: if we are building a new system we ask about your water and capacity; if your existing system needs service we ask for its brand and a photo.
