- The quartz sleeves should be cleaned periodically; a build-up of limescale and sediment reduces the transmission of the light.
- The ballast must match the lamp wattage; an unsuitable ballast shortens lamp life and reduces efficiency.
- The Industrial Ultraviolet Unit only provides microbiological safety; pre-treatment stages are needed for salts, limescale and sediment.

If valve setup is required, we provide free support over a video call. Installation and commissioning fall under our service work and are subject to a service fee. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are not included in the price; these items are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty
2 years · manufacturerThe system is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, labour and parts are free for faults arising from manufacture or installation. Consumables such as filters, membranes and resin are outside warranty cover — they are replaced when their service life ends; they do not fail.
