Industrial Packaged Systems

Packaged units sit between a domestic system and a project-built industrial line. They come on a skid with the pump, vessel, valve and control already assembled and tested, which shortens installation to connecting the inlet, outlet and drain. Capacity is fixed rather than sized to a survey, so they suit businesses whose demand is known and steady.

Who they suit

Workshops, car washes, small production lines, hotels, laundries and commercial kitchens — anywhere daily consumption is predictable and floor space is limited. If your demand varies widely through the week, or the water source is a well with changing quality, a project-sized line will serve you better.

Choosing between them

Three numbers matter: daily capacity in tonnes, feed water hardness, and the conductivity your process can tolerate. Tell us those and the choice narrows to one or two units. Feed pressure and ambient temperature also affect real output — a membrane rated at 25 °C produces noticeably less on cold winter feed water.

Installation and cover

Units are delivered ready to install and commissioned by our service team; operators are trained during commissioning. Plumbing labour and any pipes, valves and fittings are the customer's responsibility. Systems, valves, pumps and tanks carry a 2-year warranty; filters, membranes and resin are consumables and are outside that cover.
